This store is terrible. If you’re a door dasher or ordering off door dash don’t. I was next in line and checked on a customers order, the older black lady says “I will have to hold on and wait” like seriously?? They don’t care about dashers or the people who order from door dash.. they’d rather let your food get cold why making fresh orders for others.

The slowest Whataburger for early morning breakfast. By and far, their biggest market for breakfast is between 5 and 7 for blue collar workers heading to work. They are severely understaffed and unprepared. Whoever the franchise owners are need to know their target customers. Also, communication is key to every aspect in business. That being said, turn up your intercom speakers.

Always busy small parking lot hard to get in and out due to location on beltway 8. The servers are nice and friendly I went thru the driveway, and it was quick

Went in there to eat and an employee was in the restroom beside me. She had used the restroom and didn’t was her hands when she was done. When I told the manager she decided to tell me that the employees don’t wash their hands when they use the restroom because they have to wash their hands when they come to the back, so it doesn’t make sense for them to wash their hands twice. I decided not to eat there smh
