Note I am a Whataburger fan and this review is based on fast food restaurants not gourmet burgers great food, friendly service clean interior and exterior implement of parking. Nice streamers. Food was great and freshly prepared. Would recommend planning on coming back.

I’m on the keto diet and tried to order four hamburger patties—just the patties. The cashier told me the total was $32. I’ve ordered this many times at other Whataburgers and it has NEVER been anywhere near that price.
I asked why it was so high, and she said she rang it up as four full Whataburgers with no bun. I explained that all she needed to do was ring up a triple meat (about $13) and add one patty (less than $3). No meal—just a burger and an extra patty.
Instead of fixing it, the manager came up and insisted she rang it up “correctly,” which is simply not true. They kept saying the only way to do it is to ring up four full burgers to get four patties. That makes no sense and shows they don’t know how to properly use the register or help customers with simple requests.
This is the only Whataburger I’ve ever had issues with ordering something so basic. Terrible experience. I ended up leaving without ordering due to their lack of understanding and poor customer service.

Aundra, whatever her name is has the worst attitude ever. If you don’t want to work, stay home, if you do not want to help people which is part of your job description stay home. I had three big drinks. I’m the only person in the car, I asked for a drink carrier, it was like I asked her to do something out of her job description grow up or stay home.
