I initially came here for their Expresso because so few places have Expresso especially in this area. This place has a small town feel. The colors on the inside and decorations feel homey and relaxing. I blow through dekalb about once or twice a month and make sure to stop here everytime. I've only tried their burgers and pancakes but both have blown my expectations out of the water. Everytime I go in they are testing something new and I'm excited to come back over time...
Friendly employees, tasty eats, cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks await you at what locals affectionately call “The Grinder.” Love this place and frequent it often - best atmosphere for a quick bite to eat or working lunch!
We stopped by while on an extremely long trip, happy we did! Ordered the penguin (yum!) breakfast tacos and an egg&cheese croissant sandwich. Had a little bit of a wait, but we’ll worth it. Give it a shot, you be pleasantly surprised!
