This was a cool place. The people were very nice and the young lady at the window was great. The beverage I ordered was suggested to me and it was fantastic. The flavor is called the Banana bread mocha, wow! Its an iced coffee drink, not too sweet and the banana bread flavor is very nice.

I have converted from Starbucks just for the amazing customer service alone. The Decatur location helped replace a gift card that I threw away for my daughter’s Christmas gift, no questions. Staff at this location have always been super friendly and their banana bread Blondie is consistent every single time. I can’t wait to try other drinks!!

Idk if we just caught a weird day or what. But we sat for 15 minutes behind a truck where ALL of the employees were hanging in the windows chatting. We were stuck even AFTER finally getting our drink for another 3-4 minutes while they finished their hangout. They were clearly just teenagers being goofy. But service still matters. The coffee was also just terrible so it wasnt even worth the wait 😭

Not a very efficient ordering system, with no menu board and no app, no way of knowing what they have until someone is standing at your window asking what you want. But once we did finally order, the coffee was good.

I asked for an Americano, they said that they can do that! Take it home to my wife only for her to find out this thing is full of sugar and some sort of cream. I tried handing it back to the lady and she pushed the drink back into my hands and told me that it is just espresso and water. That couldn't of been further from what this was. It's bad. I asked for a creme brulee latte and I was given Irish cream, FOR SURE. Two large super pricey drinks that we both will not be drinking. This is not the first time we have come by to try this place, the first time they messed up too. I'm done being fooled.

I took my 3 kiddos to 7brew today about 2ish and they wanted to be big girls and order their own drinks. The girl that took our order was super sweet to them and helped them figure out what they wanted. The problem was the music that was playing. It was cussing left and right and even said the n word a few times. You would think that they would skip it but one of the girls inside was singing along like it was no problem. My kids should not hear that ESPECIALLY at a place of business where people can hear the music all the time. I hope that a manager or someone could get onto whoever was in charge of music because that was unacceptable.

Just wanted to share a little holiday-season love for the crew at Seven Brew. The men and women who work out in the cold every day still greet everyone with a smile, no matter the weather. If anyone in our community has extra hand warmers lying around or feels like picking up a pack, it could really make their shifts a little more comfortable this winter. Not asking for anything big—just a simple gesture of seasonal kindness for the people who take care of us every day. After all, it’s the season of giving, and they truly deserve it. ❤️☕❄️

I ordered a medium drink and when I they handed it to me it was in a small cup. She said “we are out of medium cups so we put it in a small… it’s the same measurements, just in a small cup.” Tell me, how does that make any sense? I paid for a medium and only got a small. If I wouldn’t have been in a hurry I would have made them make me another I wanted a medium drink and only got a small. Very disappointed because I love the coffee!
