The waitress at the window was very nice and helpful, but eating here gave me the 2nd worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I'm still recovering, it's been 4 days. This experience has decided for me that I will not only not be eating at this Arby's ever again, but any Arby's ever again.
I will be contacting whoever I can to give a health inspection immediately at this location, to protect those in this community who could really get hurt by this type of illness. I nearly had to go to the hospital. If I wanted to pay $9 to feel miserable for a few days, I'd just go get drunk at a conservative bar.
Please do better, folks. I know y'all aren't getting paid enough and that's a whole 'nother can of worms, you're overworked and underpaid. But you can really, really make someone sick by not adhering strictly to food safety protocols, and I'm, unfortunately, the example here.

I ordered the crispy chicken club wrap meal. Terrible, the chicken was too hard to chew, tomato & lettuce wasn't fresh & the curly fries were cold. Very disappointed in my $13 lunch. UPDATE..... thanks for your automated reply with a link that doesn't work.

Our drive through experience was top notch. The girl taking our order was patient and precise. She was very pleasant and well mannered at the window. She genuinely seemed like the enjoyed her job. She made my family smile, great experience and great food. Shout out to the girl at the window on 7/21/24 @ 2:00 pm!
Arby's has made me sad. They are beginning to become like a regular fast food restaurant chain, where you order your food and they forget half of it and the other half is cold
