Went through the drive in to grab a quick bite. I ate the sandwich, my daughter at the fries. The guy at the window was superbly pleasant. His professionalism was exceptional! Before this trip to Arby's, my last experience was in Copperas Cove, Texas where i swore never again. And if my kiddo didn't ask for curly fries, we would've have gone this time. Luckily Decatur's Arby's provides the service and food worth stopping for.

This Arby’s is a complete disaster. The floors were so sticky it felt like walking across a movie theater after a kid’s birthday party. There was nobody else in the restaurant except employees, yet it still took over 20 minutes just to make a basic sandwich. No rush, no apology—just indifference.

This isn’t even the first bad experience. Last time I came, they forgot multiple items in my bag. When I politely asked if my food would still be warm after sitting out while they finished the rest of the order, an employee named Zaza decided to mouth off with a nasty attitude like I was the problem for expecting hot food. Totally unprofessional and rude.

Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place has gone completely downhill.

My wife and I had been craving Beef n Cheddar sandwiches for awhile so we decided to stop by the Arby's in Decatur and we were extremely happy we did. The service was good very friendly people. The food was super good did not disappoint.

The food at this restaurant is constantly good. Friendly service is hit or miss. We have been eating here for years but one thing we always notice is that the restaurant is because run down and in disrepair. Last winter we ate at this restaurant several times and it was always freezing cold. The folks behind the counter (wearing their winter coats) told us the heater was broke and has been for a while. I notified Arby's corporate of the heater situation, they never replied to my concern. We visited this restaurant yesterday and noticed numerous tiles missing from the beverage counter. If it gets any worse we will be ordering carry out.

I have gone to this Arbys for years, and it is hands down the best one. The food is amazing every time, and the staff here is always super nice. When lines occur, they deal with them quickly and with a really nice manner. I love coming here, and I will probably come here until they close or I move. 10/10 recommend every single time 👌

Pop i’m not gonna lie. I don’t know why people hate on Arby’s. Every time I’ve had anything from here it’s always come out. Amazing always taste incredible everything always seems hot and fresh. I wish they had gluten-free options, but typically I just have them basically give me my sandwich in a box and then I take it home and put it on my own bread. been addicted to the melted cheese since I was 10, and who doesn’t love the roast beef.Pop

The new brisket burger is really good, but we ordered 2 Brisket burger meals. Each burger was different. Mike was like chopped brisket and my ladies brisket burger was sliced. I’m not sure why they were different burgers. The chopped was way better than the sliced brisket.

My husband I stopped here on our way to Amarillo for a quick dinner and were promptly greeted by Joe at the counter. He was super friendly and struck up a conversation with my husband. He took our order and our food came out hot and fresh before we even sat down at our table. Everything was correct and delicious and he even checked on us midway through our meal. I don’t know if we’ll be back this way, but if we are we’d definitely come back!
