Against everything that said dont I went to bk to get a burger. The customer service was horrible as soon as I paid the lady at windows demanded I pull up i said I cannot there is a car there she said pull beside her and I was like no.... and she again demanded I need to pull up because she had other customers behind me. As a customer I do not care about your time limits within your store. If you cant meet them thats a you problem not a me problem. After getting my food before the car in front of me that was pulled forward I see that my food was just thrown in the bag. Very poor quality service. As I leave I attempt to call the person answers grand slam. Wth is that. Last I checked everything I just ordered said bk on it. I asked for the manager which I was advised she was to busy to speak to me. Everything about my visit today was very poor. Would never recommend anyone to go here.

Came here 30 minutes before close tried to go through drive through wouldn’t answer speaker doors are locked went inside they said they ran out of meat so I don’t understand what exactly that means but apparently they shut the entire restaurant down because of it. Change your hours online to reflect actual open times.

We got vary out on a night they were closing early for Thanksgiving. They subbed chocolate pie for shakes they didn't have which was OK except the pie would have gone in the trash that night anyway bar on the date. There was no offer of compensation, just substitution. I got a wrap and it did not compare to the one we got in VA. It had one strip of chicken and about 5 strips of shredded lettuce. I felt robbed.

We've never had an issue here, but this morning things changed. My husband went for breakfast per usual. One bite into his food and he finds a hair. He ordered on the kiosk and didn't get a receipt so customer service refuses to help with the issue.
I don’t know what it is, but pay attention to how your drink tastes. It was way more apparent today than other times I’ve gone. I can’t tell if it’s the ice, or the water they use for the soda machine, but even my kids notice it. It was like they used the sink water from the bathroom. Also they forgot to put bacon in the eggnourmous burrito I ordered D: when you spend almost $12 for a breakfast burrito at a fast food joint, you wanna make sure it’s made right

A cheesy, gooey mess. Ordered the snroom melt. Of course, nothing like shown on the menu board. Below is what I got, sandwich only for $5.40. The cheapest thing on the menu, burger prices start at $9.98. The clerk was nice enough, clean place but lousy food. Pass the Rolaids.
