This is probably one of the cleanest spots ever. Girl named Hollan I believe was cleaning the soda machine and I mean cleaning it with a que tip. I was so impressed you would be amazed at the places I have been that I just won't drink out of soda fountain. Good job hiring her Chicken Express......
This is the WORST operated Chicken Express I have ever dealt with!! They leave food out of orders and refuse to do anything about it. Manager will argue with customers and do nothing to make the customer happy!!! First, after ordering $55 of food I drive and pick it up before the storm hits. I’m missing a family side item, so I called the store to see if they would just credit that extra side item so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back up there in the RAIN!! They said NO and refused to put the manager on the phone. So I drive back up there, and as soon as I walk in they offer what I ask for on the phone, prior to driving. I said no, I’m here now, give me the mashed potatoes. I had to actually ARGUE with the employee and MANAGER to FORCE them to give me my side item!! Now my dinner is freaking COLD!!! I get to eat what is LEFT from the family meal I just paid $55 for!!! This manager ruined my dinner and now I’m too mad even eat!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!! All they had to do was credit back one extra side item I purchased! NO …. They wanted to make it as hard on me as possible!!!! Then, talk about RUDE… talk back and forth with the manager and her employee in SPANISH about ME the customer requested what I freaking ordered and paid for!!!!

I visited this Chicken E on the 4th of July and was genuinely surprised by how good it was. Every part of my meal was fresh from the corn nuggets to the mashed potatoes, chicken tenders, and even the roll. Everything tasted like it had just been made. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Drove thru. Got the wrong food. Tried calling and nobody answers. How do I get a refund or replacement.

Food is fair. Gravy is watery like the other reviews said. The tea didn’t seem as sweet as it’s supposed to be. My BIGGEST complaint is the inflated prices at this particular chicken express. In Gainesville, I can get a #1 for $9.99. Why on EARTH is it $11.69 for the same meal here when it is only 35 miles away from $9.99. The prices keep going up and up. With taxes paid over $12 for a #1 meal. FIX YOUR PRICES DECATUR

We did take out twice from this location (Decatur). Both times, the chicken looked like it had been sitting awhile and was dry, okra was burnt, and the “best creamed corn” tasted old and sour. I don’t think we will go back. The Bridgeport GC was awesome before it was sold, we never had issues with old, burnt, or soured food.
