Had my two grandsons both 2 years old. They are supposed to eat free. It even says it on there web page. But guy charged me $6 a piece for both of them. Even after we told them they should be free.

It the same old crappy pizzas every time you go in. They're either super greasy and hot or cold and some dumb combination of whatever and it taste like crap. Takes for ever to get a pizza made.

Walked in place looked great, but as soon as I and my family touched anything, their hands were greasy from chairs,tables, counter bathroom door handles, and games. I'd say they definitely need to take a shift to just hand clean every chair back rest and seat. The high chairs were so gross that I couldn't put my kid inside even after trying to clean myself. The booster seat was beyond sticky and looked as if it was never cleaned. I asked if they could clean it, and they sprayed de greser all over. I tried to clean it, but it didn't work, then asked if I wanted to have them put it in their dish washer or just use it. I said washer because it would ruin kids' clothes and skin .came out way better than it was, but still stickey: note maybe put them inside the washer every night to keep them 100% . The service the food was all gone b4 we could get up to get more had to water for all fresh food to be cooked so maybe time management. I did request a pizza taco pizza to be exact and it was wayyy to spiced to eat as I'd they dumped the whole sace jar so some things need more work then outhers but where human.

We met with a large family group and were able to pull three tables together so we could all sit together. The food was good and the service was excellent.
The thing I absolutely love about Cicis Pizza is that I shouldn't eat a lot of starch for health reasons, but Cicis has crustless pizzas. Who would have thought!
