Allen was so kind and understandable in the situation I was in when I ordered my pizza I thought I was going to be there in time to get it hot and fresh and I was not I was an hour after my original time and it was underneath the warmer and I asked if it was fresh it has been siting for a while but you can check it when you get home and if it not right then call and I can remake your whole order. Well we got home and was dry so I called back and he was super nice to remake the order. Thank you so much Allen

Food quality has significantly increased. Wasn't bad, but I had started to go to pizza hut fir about a year cause of one bad order. It was definitely noticeable, even the way it looked. Whatever they did, great pizza, been going back for a yr now. way better than the hut now. on my way now to get an order.

Talk about "make it right" - we order a lot, probably twice a month and never have issues. Tonight we got the wrong pizza for the first time ever - its Friday, it's late, they are SO busy. BUT we still got the first order FAST. When I called to say it was not our order I was met with a pleasant apology and the promise of a new delivery. The driver came not twenty minutes later with the perfect order. Not only the perfect order but "apology" lava cakes. SO GOOD! This team is fantastic and of course Domino's is delicious.

Last time we ordered the order was just not the best. There was so much cornmeal dusting it overpowered the order. Ordered two pizzas originally Al crust and one was more like a thin crust. Disappointing. Supposedly it was 50% off and two pizzas were nearly $30. Only had two toppings. Yeah that will mot happen again.
