I am writing about my most recent online order from the Jack in the Box, as well as an ongoing issue I continue to experience at this store.
I ordered three (3) 12-taco boxes online. When I arrived home and checked my order, it was incorrect:
• Two boxes contained only 6 tacos each
• The third box contained only 8 tacos
What makes this especially frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. Almost every time I order from this location, something is missing from my order. At this point, it feels less like an accident and more like a pattern of carelessness.
Additionally, the two employees working the front of the store during my visit appeared disengaged and careless, which likely explains the repeated mistakes. Accuracy and basic attention to customer orders should be the bare minimum, especially for online orders where everything is clearly listed.
Sat at the drive the box for a good while before anyone said anything actually had to yell hello. Food stale and some items not received. Ordered the gremlin munchies box but nothing told me they were out of the salt freshener I wouldn’t have spent that much on it if a sign was posted or something. Asked for forks didn’t get curly fries were inedible coffee drinks had so much ice it was literally two sips and it was empty felt cheated. Not to mention family members getting out of cars to help the workers with boxes and trash using a stolen Walmart cart. Spent 50$ and all I got was 20$ worth of items try calling the number nope goes to a full voicemail.. then you get a text from someone else that takes ten minutes to respond. Worst costumer service and worst food quality I’ve ever had.

They charge for dipping sauce with chicken nuggets and strips. Why are they not included in the meal? On top of that they didn’t even give them to us.. The staff doesn’t care about doing their job had to look and see what they had and what they carried. On top of that they don’t have any diet soda’s at all. Really? I will never be back to this location again!

The place is very dirty. The tables were full of crumbs and condiments, and the floor was wet. However, the workers didn’t seemed to care. We asked for lid and napkins, and the staff said they were out. We had to use paper towels from the restroom instead. The burgers were dried. To be honest, this is my last time coming to this Jack in the box.

Ordered tacos they were worst ever had in my life cold and hard as a rock and wife's food greasy and tasted like nasty dirty grille and employee doesn't understand what your asking for very well

You get what you get at JIB, but what I appreciate here is the lady who works the late night drive through. She’s always there, hustling, and super polite.

Seriously, how is a person who barely speaks English working the drive thru. So it took for ever to order 1 meal and a side because the person working was trying to tell me they where out of large cups but didn’t speak English very well.

The food was the usual quality. However, the men’s restroom was almost unusable. It had no urinal although there was a space where one had been. The toilet was full of poop and stopped up. This shows a lack of concern for the customer’s comfort. Oh, I should also mention that it has been at least a year that this restroom has been in a deployable, unacceptable condition.
