There dumb as rocks at the one in Bridgeport. We asked if they had the 5 dollar meal deal they said no and they messed up are meal we went in to get it corrected and the person in front of us ordered the 5 dollar meal deal I asked for the manager told him he said we'll they don't always know WHY THE HELL NOT!!!!

It's a modern McDonald's. What more do you want to know? The food is Meh, the service is usually decent at least and the atmosphere is Liberal drab, no fun, prison McDonald's. McDonald's back in the 80's was awesome! Bring back the awesome, kid friendly McDonald's!

Stopped with a football team at 9:45 PM they told us they were closing the dine in and wouldn't take our order. Horrible place wouldn't recommend to anyone!
Came in during a busy rush. Small delay with the food. When it came out the manager was super kind. Stayed for 30 minutes eating with my daughter. The rest of the staff went out of their way to cater to myself and the other guests. Great service at the McD. Will be back

I recently visited McDonald's and placed an order ahead of time, anticipating a smooth experience. Unfortunately, it didn't go as planned. The restaurant was quite busy, and I totally understand that things can get hectic during peak hours. However, when I went inside to pick up my caramel frappe drinks, I was disappointed to see the staff socializing instead of focusing on fulfilling orders.
To add to my frustration, I also realized that my order of four hash browns was missing when I came back outside with my drinks. It felt like there was a lack of urgency and attention to customer orders during a busy time.
While I appreciate the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment, I hope that the team can find a better balance between customer service and socializing. I look forward to a more organized experience on my next visit.
Waited over 10 minutes for my food got my food only to discover they left out a whole box of my chicken nuggets and did not give me a receipt so I can’t even file a complaint. They also don’t answer their phone
The lady at the drive-thru counter was polite and extremely customer-friendly. Fantastic service!
