Customer service did not try to accommodate with me ordering and ordered me to order INSIDE because they were not able to create a “Daily double meal deal” through drive thru and when I explained it is literally on the drive thru menu and I am only reading what it states the gentleman with a heavy Hispanic accent told me he is not able to do it period unless it’s on a kiosk inside. I’ve ordered this meal many times through this drive thru and never had issues. I had to get a daily double by itself. Ridiculous their team does not know how to add that as a meal through the drive thru. Even when I bought the daily double my spouse promptly threw it away stating it was dry and not even edible in the sense of it being tasty. Step it up come on. Time was 7:45-8:15 pm when ordered.

We waited 27 minutes without bothering anyone before I finally got out of my car to check on our order—only because the parking lot and building lights were being turned off and there were just two cars left waiting. I obviously understand that it’s Christmas Eve and knew there would be a wait.
When I reached the window, I discovered my food was in another customer’s bag after they tracked it down. I have celiac disease, and my order was extremely simple: two burgers, meat and cheese only, no bread—all clearly marked. Despite this, it took 30 minutes, and both customers had the wrong food.
The employee at the window with glasses and short hair had a very poor attitude and immediately blamed Andrea instead of resolving the issue professionally. She snatched the bags back, removed my food from the other customer’s bag, tossed it into mine, offered no apology, said “here you go,” and walked away.
I have eaten at many McDonald’s locations, but I have never experienced this level of disorganization and lack of customer service. If there were other options in Decatur, I would not return.

I want to salute the complete McDonald's Team at this location. They all owed huge gratitude from my heart. How they handled the critical situation of my husband. He is one of their regular customer as long haul Canadian Trucker. He had some serious incident at the location with his health and whole team involved to get him out from that situation and saved his life. I can't thank enough. This is the best example of Team unity, customer focused, Care , attention. Loved it.

Ordered a large coffee around 6:30 p.m. ask for them to make a fresh pot. I have ask at other McDonald's for this and they have always made a fresh pot. Pull up to the window, the guy hands me my coffee, I ask if it was a fresh pot. He picks up the pot, no completely empty. I told him I wanted a fresh pot. He puts the coffee on and proceeds to put my cup under the brewing coffee!!! Needless to say the old coffee would probably have been better

Terrible customer service i waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I was noticed. No greetings or anything. They dont confirm your order anymore just drop it on the counter like a bag of trash wich is what the food was

This McDonald's never has a working ice cream machine. They make you pull to a number and wait in the drive thru to make there drive thru times look better then they are. We got pulled up to wait for a 10 piece nugget and a medium fry.
Every part of this location was spotless, including the decent-sized play place. Our food was prepared quickly and the staff was courteous. Easy stop on a road trip.

i called to ask if they were hiring and the young lady i spoke with was very rude. i was respectful and asked “hi, i was wondering if yall are hiring?” she said “sweetie, are you a 10 year old. you sound like a 10 year old. give mommy her phone back.” i am a 15 almost 16 year old and i was just trying to make minimum wage. i then said “no maam im 15.” and she said “no honey i sure your still a minor and you need to give your mommy her phone back.” i then said “okay thank you maam.” and hung up. i did not appreciate the disrespect from this young mexican lady and i hope she gets a talking to.
