Not sure what's going on with Restaurants and it doesn't make any difference if it's fast food or casual, they can't seem to get orders right. Panda got mine wrong last night even after reading back to me correctly.
It's a shame what we're paying for food and they can't get it right.

Walked in with family. Waited maybe a minute for fried rice to be ready. I asked for chow mein and the guy that was assisting us said it'd be about 5 minutes, there isn't much but some left, enough for my order. I said ok and watched him serve the chow mein to the person behind me. Last time I'll come here again. This was a go to favorite. I thought about just walking out with the whole family leaving the food behind but instead I was the only one who didn't eat. Definitely not going to get my business again with that kind of service.

The girl taking the orders from outside drive-through cannot pay attention. They were not polite and they gave me the wrong food. The food they gave me was part.

Is it perfect every time? No. Nor do I expect it to be for how they make the food in large batches. But it's never bad. It's always hot and good portions. And always friendly staff. I definitely recommend the $35+ family meal. We had no idea what we were getting into only to find it was too much food. But still worth it, especially for the price.

Ordered at the drive thru Kung Pao chicken for my wife. Wife was irate when it turned out to be orange chicken. Older customers need to learn the Panda app. All customers should check the order before leaving :(
