You obviously need to hire someone with a college education to get orders right. Can't order on the app or the stall. Unsweet means NO SUGAR. Every damn time and I'm usually in a hurry so I can't turn around to have it fixed. Seriously ridiculous.

Great service today at 11:30 by the young lady bringing out my order. She made sure my 44 Coke, no ice, was done correctly (have had issues at othe Sonics with that detail).
Waited and waited and no one ever even answered to take our order. It’s 2:20 on Tuesday. The were only 3-4 cars in stalls. Service has been bad for months but never this bad. Left and went to another drive through for drinks.

Got our order wrong, food was not even warm. Sonic had become pitiful in Springtown and Decatur.

I've been to this place a handful of times, and honestly, there always seems to be some kind of issue. It’s mostly younger staff working, and it feels like there’s just a general lack of motivation to do the job well. Drinks are hit or miss—usually not great.
One time I ordered a strawberry cheesecake drink that tasted terrible, and when I politely asked if I could swap it for something else, the employee seemed unsure and awkward about the whole thing. She eventually got the manager, who seemed more concerned about whether I'd drunk the whole thing (I’d only taken one sip). They did end up replacing the drink, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the situation felt unnecessarily uncomfortable.
Another time, my boyfriend was trying to order, and the staff couldn’t hear him. Instead of asking him to repeat or stepping out to clarify, they just… gave up and turned the speaker off. I had to re-ring the order just to get anyone’s attention again.
All in all, service feels pretty unprofessional and frustrating. I keep hoping for a better experience each time, but it’s been consistently disappointing so far.
Placed order received order was wrong. Pushed red button to tell them it was wrong. The girl didn’t turn off her speaker. All I can hear her saying “oh no I lost my nose ring”. She tells me they will redo my burger. I let her know. “ No not until the nose ring is found”. This absolutely wrong. This should be against all health codes.

Ok seriously. I get my order part of it is wrong. I have to wait 15 minutes for a replacement. She takes the wrong item and proceeds to tell me she's just going to throw it away. And in the end the new tots look just as bad as the wrong item.
