Placed order received order was wrong. Pushed red button to tell them it was wrong. The girl didn’t turn off her speaker. All I can hear her saying “oh no I lost my nose ring”. She tells me they will redo my burger. I let her know. “ No not until the nose ring is found”. This absolutely wrong. This should be against all health codes.
Ok seriously. I get my order part of it is wrong. I have to wait 15 minutes for a replacement. She takes the wrong item and proceeds to tell me she's just going to throw it away. And in the end the new tots look just as bad as the wrong item.

The lady who took my order was incredibly rude. Her name is Annabelle and we had a miscommunication on ordering so i asked her to give me a second and while im asking my kid what he would like she says " It's been a second". She said that literally one second into it and was just incredibly rude. And to top it all of there were about 5 teenage girls running around and they were yelling and cussing and got in front of my car with my children in it and starts shaking there butts and yelling. All while the workers were just inside watching.
