It's so nice to just have a good conversation while waiting for coffee again, that small human interaction really makes a difference and today it was all the difference in my morning. I missed these kinds of interactions and im happy to see them making a come back in today's hurry and go society.

How come you guys are always so crappy to your customers. Every time I come or my husband or my sister your employees are so rude. I get we all have bad days but Jesus every time. They never make my coffee correct and they give you attitude if you need a straw. You need to get better attitudes as mentioned in the drive thru to your salty employee

Ordered a caramel macchiato with light ice and they nailed it. You know how sometimes it’s a gamble with the ice-to-coffee ratio? Not here. It was smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced like the barista read my mind and knew I needed a little treat-me moment. Shoutout to whoever made it back there… you understood the assignment.
