8/18 at 12:45pm we had the ABSOLUTE worst experience with Starbucks, had a girl argue with me about my drink order, telling me she can’t do that, even though I order the same thing every single day? Same girl slammed the drive thru door after giving us only one drink so we sat there waiting for a few minutes for them to notice us. Shift manager came and again told me she couldn’t add sweet cream to a drink that i- again order every single day. Super horrible experienced very rude Baristas. I’m a former partner and give a lot of grace but I was almost in tears over this.

Worst service I've had at a Starbucks... I rarely write reveiws but I had to say something today. I will not go into details other than the barista taking my order inside was kinda rude and when making a request she acted like she didn't want to do anything. Never experienced that at any Starbucks.

Oven didn’t work, didn’t give me a receipt even when I asked for it, didn’t my gift card balance even when I asked for it, and didn’t even give me a sleeve for my coffee.

Not only are the batistas friendly and give you your drink with a smile, Andria and Jasmine helped push my car out of the drive through when it broke down while I was 6 months pregnant and then Andria hung out with me until my husband could come get me even though she just finished her shift and could go home. We will always be loyal customers!
