I haven’t even been super satisfied with this Wingstop, working all over the metroplex I have had my fair share of Wingstop and Decatur has honestly been my least favorite, until tonight! Service was great! I order 20 wings and got 22 wings, they actually had sauce with them compared to other times when there’s hardly any sauce at all, and the fries were seasoned perfectly! I’m not sure if they had a change in management or staff, or maybe I’ve been coming in on the wrong days but, Sarah, Raymond, Alec, and Diego did a fantastic job tonight! This visit was the best Wingstop I have ever had!

Have eaten here a few times and always been just fine. This was just not this case on this occasion. I could not quite wait till I got home and started nibbling on one wing. Thought someting was odd, and stopped nibbling. Got home and realized the wings were grossly undercooked. We live about 21 miles from the Decatur Wing Stop, so going back was not worth it. So to make a too long review even longer ~ I popped the wings in the oven , 375° and 20 min. later they were just fine. We will go back but let em know to finish the darn things before serving.

Dallas was an AMAZING help. we tried to order online and had trouble so we called in our order and they told us they were short staffed and struggling and still managed to get us HOT wings and make fresh ranch in a matter of minutes. Service was unforgettably amazing and they have made customers for life!

I would have spent my money on something actually worth spending because what I ordered came out with no sauce on anything like what I ordered some hot honey wings didn’t even get but one drop of sauce on them literally.. my corn I asked for parmesan so they just decided to put no seasoning. Like wingstop what is going on…

I ordered 3 different flavors of boneless wings, Mango Habanero-Lemon Pepper- Korean Bbq, and in return, I received 2 flavors, and they were the wrong order. Wingstop staff said they couldn't do anything about it because I had to take it up with Doordash even though wingstop staff sent me the wrong order under my name to begin with. My drink wasn't sealed from the lid like they normally send it and the drink looked watered down.

All I wanted ALL THREE visits were some Louisiana rub wings that actually had seasoning with OUT a whole cup of grease that caused my seasoning to be at the bottom. DRAIN the grease !!! Make your own wings at home you’re way better off !!
