I haven’t even been super satisfied with this Wingstop, working all over the metroplex I have had my fair share of Wingstop and Decatur has honestly been my least favorite, until tonight! Service was great! I order 20 wings and got 22 wings, they actually had sauce with them compared to other times when there’s hardly any sauce at all, and the fries were seasoned perfectly! I’m not sure if they had a change in management or staff, or maybe I’ve been coming in on the wrong...
Have eaten here a few times and always been just fine. This was just not this case on this occasion. I could not quite wait till I got home and started nibbling on one wing. Thought someting was odd, and stopped nibbling. Got home and realized the wings were grossly undercooked. We live about 21 miles from the Decatur Wing Stop, so going back was not worth it. Dallas was an AMAZING help. we tried to order online and had trouble so we called in our order and they told us they were short staffed and struggling and still managed to get us HOT wings and make fresh ranch in a matter of minutes. Service was unforgettably amazing and they have made customers for life!
