Well this sonic strikes again with random bits in a blast. This time, the limited but ongoing topping, hair. And with every bite! So yeah, that was a fine experience after a long day of work. I shoulda known better after many years of experiencing food here. To each their own, come get your sonics blast o’ hair if ya want

Sonic headquarters definitely needs to come check this location the amount of complaints are definitely for a reason, the orders are never correct and the workers don’t care to be working there at all, my order was simple a junior burger with lettuce tomato and onions and after three dry junior burgers I just gave up. I ordered sparkling water with peach and strawberries and received regular water with strawberries and lemon. Why can’t this location ever get a order right? This will be my last time eating here.

Probably the worst sonic location known to man. Being that del valle has quite literally nothing to eat/ they could do better. Chicken fingers were days old. Wasnt even chicken left. Tots soaked in grease. Jr burger was ok- but not worth a star. Even their treats are subpar with nothing being actually mixed in. Just placed on top. Gross drive the 20 mins out of del valle for chic fila. Also note the check was $18. I ordered mostly from the “value” menu bc the combos are exuberantly priced. And I knew i wasny going to get my money’s worth. Wish i could get a full refund

Drive thru is very poor of service I was waiting for 3 min car pulled next to me and took he’s order. I’m ordering to head to work and there taking forever to take my order but other car quickly they took the order. That’s cuz I was there first and they told me just a second that second took 3min i end up leaving from there. That’s cuz wasn’t busy there was two cars one in the window other one pulled up 2min after I did.

I do appreciate the Sonic in Del-Valle Texas. But for me most of the time, the Sonic is short of staff. So it does take more time to get your order.

Lady manager is rude. It’s not my fault that your card machine is down. She tells me “there’s no way to pay for your food. Sorry.” Giiiiiirl, I put in a mobile order right after and laughed to myself. I outsmarted her. Tell your managers to learn their job before I take it.

Ross Road in Del Valle the employees are AMAZING!! Very attentive, helpful and when my little cousin was crying for a pickle got to know him to understand, one of the employees came out and hand a small container of them and asked if she could give them to him 🥺. Came to check on us made sure we had enough sauces. Def will go to this one on Ross Road!!
They just flat out refused to serve me Update 1 I've updated my review because at least the person running this Google page acknowledged my criticism.
I will try another day. Maybe it was the people working there that day and hopefully not what it appeared to be.

Brought my daughter to get a shake today and ordered 2 shakes, one food item and a drink while I was there. I was told it would be 8 minutes because for the food item due to the kitchen being backed up and I was fine with that. We ended up waiting 20+ minutes just for the drink and food item, and the girl didn’t even bring the shakes. She said she was going to get them and that took her another 5 minutes, so I thought the shakes were still being made and she just had to go back to get them, but no… when she got back to me with the shakes, they were so melted, they literal soup. I almost called her back but we had already waited and I fear it would have been more waiting for the same result. Maybe don’t serve shakes if you pick them up and see them sloshing around, with completely deflated whipped cream. Just dishonest and poor service. Do better.

Ordered a wacky pack with a corndog, ff, and a med sweet tea. Even had the order replaced back… the carhop came out with a mini sweet tea and tots!! Then proceeded to tell me what drink it comes with. Had to show the receipt showing I ordered a med sweet tea. Definitely, not the best service I e had from here.

Arrived for mobile order only to wait for 20 mins past the stated time in the app. Lo and behold, soon as I call them my food is headed out and when I get it it’s not even hot anymore. Of course I apparently showed them how to do their job because every other mobile order that was waiting got theirs with SPEED. Saturday Afternoon shift should be written up.
