I haven’t been to Denver City in who knows when but I had to do a project in town and afterwards I thought where should I partake and I’m glad I stopped at Rosas. The food was very good and the service was equal to the food. I was very impressed, finally found a place where green chicken enchiladas are suppose to be. If you’re traveling in this area I would recommend stopping for lunch.

Food is great.... When they get your order right! Last 5-6 times I've ate here my order has been wrong.... Will not be wasting any more money here

It's a robbery, it puts the tip already included in the ticket and it doesn't even warn you separately, it says that it gives you so much cash and it's not even what it gives you and it steals from you apart from that, the Menudo is more grain than meat, bad service ?

Horrible food! Carne guisada resembled canned dog food!! Chilli rejeno plate was sour.

Little expensive for what it is but all in all pretty good
Was not sure about Rosa’s given some recent reviews. We thought this was solid Mexican food. Would certainly recommend.
