I haven’t been to Denver City in who knows when but I had to do a project in town and afterwards I thought where should I partake and I’m glad I stopped at Rosas. The food was very good and the service was equal to the food. I was very impressed, finally found a place where green chicken enchiladas are suppose to be. If you’re traveling in this area I would recommend stopping for lunch.
Average food ok service. They give you a big glass so they don’t have to check if you need a refill I guess. Nothing spectacular about anything I’ve had there. Ate there 4 times
The shredded chicken was dry but every thing else was ok. The salsa had great flavor and wasn't to spicy to enjoy. The prices are reasonable and service was polite and there was not any wait time. I order ahead and it was ready when I got there.
