Terrible service. Some of the screens don’t work. I waited at mine for 15 min while it said someone will be with you and nobody ever helped.

Look all I’m saying is either fix the broken stalls or BLOCK THEM OFF so we don’t have to guess and pull in and back out 6 times.
Would have been nice had I not had to go to three stalls to check in on the app.

Worst Sonic I've been to. Rude staff, and they aren't friendly when they're taking your order. It's moreso the 'get in and get out' mentality. Takes them forever to finally have your order taken. I'd be more understanding if they're short staffed... I came in today and waited 15 mins after pressing the button and I ended up leaving. I'll go the next town over next time for Sonic.

Went ordered some food and while I was ordering my food the lady that was talking was being rude. So got my food and when I got home on one of my orders completely wrong no jalapeños or bacon and not even a top bun. So I called the place to talk to a manager about what just happened and automatically ask me if I had my receipt and when I got my order. I told him they didn’t give it to me when she brought my order and he answered very rudely saying he can’t help me and started cutting me off and was very rude about it and he hung up on me.

They always end up messing up my order or I don’t even revive half of my order this is just not right management is just rude as well
