The guy working the subway counter at lunch time today was not helpful at all. I was there to pick up a door dash and even showed him on my dasher app the order I was there to pick up and he admitted their internet is slow but would not make it and told me to do something about it because their internet was not pulling up her order. They had no bread either only flat bread so my other customer canceled too.

I love subway. But the subway in Denver City needs to get their own phone. I have a back problem. So I order carry out but sometimes I need drive through or curb side. But when I call the people that answer are from stripes and they do not make it easy to talk to someone in subway. They won't even give a message. I have literally not ate subway so many times because of this. They really piss me off.
The lady was rude and didn't listen order us not exactly what we wanted. Very disappointed

This subway is hit or miss. The staff who have been there for a long time are typically good with making sandwiches and providing good service. Some of the newer employees appear to be disgruntled and miserable and make subpar sandwiches. Then again I guess I can't complain too much as it's a fastfood sandwich shop in a gas station. I have been here many times and overall I like the service I get. They would get 5 stars if the employees would cheer up. Overall they always have the bread, meat, vegetables and condiments you'll want too without running out. Dont phone in orders tho as they always get messed up.
