The room and decoration where very nice, but the food servers lacked customer service skills, were rude and would not allow my guess extra portions, even though I paid $$$$ for the room, food and beverages. When the food issue was brought to the owner regarding the servers and allowing my guess to receive extra portions, she would not allow second portion for my guess and had the servers to packed the food up. Again, I PAID FOR THIS FOOD FOR MY GUESS! Two CHAFFING dishes of fish were packed and carried away by the owner and servers. So, make sure when you sign the rental agreement that it is understood the food that is left over belongs to you, and it is at your discretion what happens to it at the end of YOUR event. At the end of the day a good business will always keep the customer first in order to grow their business.

Orchestrating Memories Event Center is An Amazing venue and the Owner Mrs.Shirley made Our Wedding Dreams Come True.EVERYTHING was Beautiful starting with the opening Decor of the front doors and continuing with the Beautiful Decor entering Our Wedding Ceremony.It was ALL Thought Out Perfectly,Food was Fantastic,lighting was on point,Sound System on Point,Bar Area,AC,Parking and a Spacious Venue The Professionalism and Genuine Hospitality Was All The way 10 ⭐️And With All that Said it Was Very Affordable.I would RECOMMEND using This Venue For ANY Gathering -Weddings,Baby Showers,Birthday Parties,Anniversary Party,Welcome Back or Going Away Party.LOL😊.ANY Kind of Gathering

We had our daughter's wedding here this past week and everything was beautiful. The decors, The good food, space and price was very pleasing and affordable. Ms Shirley was present in and out making sure we were alright..
We had just a few hiccups in the area of the comfort of communication, But it got smooth in the process.. My family are still talking about how beautiful it was. It felt like home with a whole lot of fun... Ms Shirley was absolutely amazing in her expertise of putting it all together.... We will definitely keep this venue in mind for more events Thankyou

Amazing location, beautiful facility; Owner is a gem! Very affordable! Beautifully decorated for my wedding and reception! I would highly this place for sure If you are looking for a venue to host your special event!
