I have loved boston market for years. When you order something you've had more time than you can count. You expect it to look and taste a certain way. Corporate needs to investigate this franchise. This is not the standard I know the brand has had for many years. Un branded to go containers, mac and cheese elbow noodles instead of their signature spiral. Didn't even taste similar. The tinest pcs of chicken again not cooked to the brand standard. The corn bread was the only familiar taste but it was still bad. And to top it off. This terrible meal was $14. Such a waste of money. I will never recommend this location.

I went in today and was greeted by a female employee who was exceptionally pleasant. However the male employee was sneezing. I waited just to see how hygienic he would be after covering his sneezes with his arm. He put on a pair of black gloves looked at me and said so you don’t want me to serve you? Remind you I never spoke once. I then responded by saying maybe not. The female employee said ma’am I will serve you. I politely declined and said have a great day. He was one sassy male. I won’t be returning. Since reading the other reviews maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t purchase anything.

What happened to Boston Market? When I was a kid the food was on point. The Mac and cheese was over cooked, no cheese it actually tasted watery. The yams tasted watery and no sugar, the stuffing had mixed vegetables in it. And the cornbread was old and dry. I knew I should’ve just went to McDonalds. A complete waste of $13 bucks

I ordered quarter white wit sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese! Omg the disappointment I can’t can’t put on here just know I will never go back . The Mac n cheese had absolutely no cheese sweet potatoes where just mashed up potatoes with no flavor and the rotisserie chicken is old as well very dry and they didn’t even put my cornbread in, but it didn’t even look all the way done . I have never experienced this type of food from this restaurant before I will never go back to this location.11/29/24

Horrible Experience with Boston Market
I had the worst experience with Boston Market today. I’m ordering for a full staff , I placed an order online and they completely messed it up by leaving out several items. When I called to resolve the issue, they were not only unhelpful but downright rude. They refused to process a refund over the phone, saying I had to come in person to get my money back. That’s completely unacceptable, especially since I paid online and can’t leave work because I’m on the clock.
Boston Market’s customer service is a joke. How is it fair to inconvenience your customers for a mistake that you made? This kind of service is why I’ll never order from them again.

I have been coming to this location for years. As long as it is under the current management I will NEVER return. The food is tasteless and the vendor has changed. Boston Market is known for having the best rotisserie chicken yet the chicken was bland and had a scorched taste. The cream spinach is watery doesn’t taste the same and the corn is terrible. They now give a surplus of food but the quality is absolutely terrible. It’s flat out disgusting and a waste of money! Close it down! This is not what the community or customers need! Increased prices and food that not edible

WORST pot pie ever!!!! Crust so thin it was just sitting on top of the SOUP inside, yes watery soup! Called store in Desoto TX & was told ‘oh it must be the new vendor we use just bring it back’!!
