I almost feel bad for leaving this review because the girl at the drive thru (young African American with glasses) had such great service. But my food is cold. I live up the street and my rice is rock hard. I called 7 times no answer. So im leaving this review to get a response because I don’t have time to turn around because I have meetings

Do not go there I ordered a chicken pot pie it was awful no chicken and big pieces of potatoes. They need to close this location. It’s not Boston Market who puts signs on drive through saying under new management.

You know McDowell's from Coming To America? It's like that but Boston Market. The sweet potato casserole tasted like a Nigerian prince email scam. Maybe they can change the name to Austin Market since they have pulled BBQ chicken.

Updated review 3 years later. There was no one in the drive-through nor in the store so I told my husband let’s go in the inside cause we need to see what we are being served. When we saw the food we understood why it was empty during dinner rush-hour. This building is so rundown and disgusting it need to be torn down. They need to start over or just close it completely. Whoever owns the store has really let it go and it’s a shame. I felt sorry for the workers that has to work there. Never in my life have I had nasty cream spinach or sweet potatoes from a Boston market. Those have always been my favorite. My husband and I spent $27 and we could not even finish that food. I didn’t even wanna go back to get a refund and make the employees feel worse than they already feel for working in that dump. The owners or corporate should feel embarrassed. This is literally one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been in, in 2023,24 or 25!!! I’m pretty sure there has been no health department visits there in years. Just horrible!

Update: this location is no longer serving Boston Market dishes and who ever is in their kitchen and running this establishment is doing so hiding under the brands names. Beware. Boston Market is being dissolved there is no more corporate office.
I have loved boston market for years. When you order something you've had more time than you can count. You expect it to look and taste a certain way. Corporate needs to investigate this franchise. This is not the standard I know the brand has had for many years. Un branded to go containers, mac and cheese elbow noodles instead of their signature spiral. Didn't even taste similar. The tinest pcs of chicken again not cooked to the brand standard. The corn bread was the only familiar taste but it was still bad. And to top it off. This terrible meal was $14. Such a waste of money. I will never recommend this location.

I went in today and was greeted by a female employee who was exceptionally pleasant. However the male employee was sneezing. I waited just to see how hygienic he would be after covering his sneezes with his arm. He put on a pair of black gloves looked at me and said so you don’t want me to serve you? Remind you I never spoke once. I then responded by saying maybe not. The female employee said ma’am I will serve you. I politely declined and said have a great day. He was one sassy male. I won’t be returning. Since reading the other reviews maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t purchase anything.
