Place needs to be cleaned. People serving need a health certificate to be able to know how to handle food. I'm not coming back here, 1st and last.

Braums sauce was expired and chicken strips were smaller than canes’. Lamest braums ever. Nothing beats Braums in OKC.

If you come after 5pm the service of horrible I only don’t up here for ice cream and each time I’m there for more than 20 minutes. It don’t be a long line, it’s the employees they take forever to complete one order. They never smile…….super uncomfortable

Use to be my go to never again. I've never been treated so bad by just calling in asking a question. I wanted to do a pre-order for lunch, the 1st person put me on hold for 3 minutes, then hung up, I called back, 2nd was rude and said we don't serve lunch until 1130am and hung up. I guess you don't need my business, I HEAR YOU and won't be back 💯

This need to learn to clean better than what they do. How do you not wear gloves while handling food. 🤔 Then when you say something have a attitude don't wash hands. Like what that's crazy.

The young man working up front appeared to be physically there, but mentally elsewhere. I'm not sure if he was on something or suffering from a condition. Never washed his hand. However, handled money and made ice cream selections. The manager worked the drive-thru and guys in the kitchen stood there with nothing to do. Young lady sweeping, sweep around trash and never picked up anything
