I took two of my granddaughters to this location to eat. One of the female workers assisted my oldest granddaughter with getting straws and a cup for ice cream. The nice brought it to them at our table.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are able to be kids and enjoy themselves.

Online Pick-up order: I ordered 2 Pimento sandwich meals online for pick-up. MY FAVORITE! I was SOOOO EXCITED to learn it is back on the menu for a limited time. I thought this would be the most convenient, quickest, way to get the food. However, for some reason, after arriving 1st in line, I had to wait so long, I had to park, in order for the Customers behind me to leave. Every single Customer that arrived AFTER I did, left BEFORE I did, (even every Customer in the 2nd line left before I did). I sat there and watched countless Customers come & go. I WAS SO SHOCKED!!! I still don't understand what that was about. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Well I was excited about having a chick fil so close but I’m not so excited anymore. This one is a bit slow, but that’s understandable they’re newly opened and still getting their groove down. But the fact that the hash brown in my chicken bowl was more like potato chips, they were so hard, it has made me decide to keep going to red oak. If I had time this morning I would have returned the bowl to the restaurant but I was already pressed for time. Thanks to their extended wait on a mobile order. Imagine a breakfast chicken bowl with eggs, cheese, chicken, & POTATO CHIPS. Needless to say I had to eat around them so that left me unsatisfied.

I don’t know what it is about this location but the food is never fresh. Like it’s warm and eatable but the fries always taste like they were made a while ago. They are greasy and there’s ALWAYS the bottom barrels pieces. The little broken pieces. Tonight I actually tasted my fries in the drive through and immediately requested new ones. I promise yall gave me a few new fries on top of the ones I just gave back. This is my Third time at this location since they’ve opened and I am just not a fan. (This is my fourth trip to chick fil a this week. Trying to hit platinum status) and yet Third time to this location since they opened. Ima just keep going to the other ones and pray this one figures it out. It’s convenient because it’s the closest to my house but I’ll drive out the way for better food.

Sharleen was not capable of putting in my order correctly even after her repeating it to me and me correcting her.
Here you won't get what you pay for and per assistant manager Eathen the sandwhich is not sold as per the commercial advertisement. The chicken was soaked in honey. Don't waste time at this location it's already down hill. The young lady in the drive thru was rolling her eyes at a customer who needed time to view the menu. I won't be back to this location.
