Sorry but this isn't $40 worth of food by any stretch of the imagination. Chicken strips aren't made of gold lol. The tiny shot glass of potatoes is insulting and they couldn't even manage to mix half sweet and half unsweet tea. This used to be one of my favorite places - unfortunately I don't think I'll come back anymore.

Chicken Express in Desoto, Tx is pathetic went it come to service. Arrived at location at 8:30pm. I ordered a 12pcs Dinner and was told by the cashier in drive-thru that they didn’t have enough chicken for a 12pcs Dinner.

Horrible customer service…. The young ladies working night shift needs more customer service training… the young lady taking orders rushing to get your order and the food was cold and order was messed up..

I have never put time in my life to write a bad review but just had to this time.... Staff was very rude in the drive thru, they asked what would I like to order and I responded to give me a second please and thank you then they yelled their same line right after I asked. I ended up just getting whatever food as quick as I can. I get home and all of the food looked old and the biscuit was hard. Everything about the place was completely unsatisfying. If you have a bad day or don’t like your job, do not take it out on your customers, especially when the customers are trying to be nice to you to begin with!

They do not listen when you place an order. I asked for a three piece fish combo. You asked me multipletimes what side I wanted and drink and you give me this receipt. I think I will stop wasting my time coming here because this is a constant problem. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and she told me that she heard my order and did not know why she did not confirm my order back to me. This is exactly what I am talking about.

5 stars to the day crew.I ask for hot chickenThat's what I get!!!They sell there chicken u till its gone!!! Literally they don't throw chicken away after so long.Lazy night crew. I sat.in line for 45 mins and asked for hot chicken. Chicken was harm and it came with ATTITUDE!.Always something with the night.crew.

Not only is this location always slow, but today was my final visit. When my food was handed to me, there was no bag. The box was soggy, and it fell when it was handed to me. The girl at the window asked for my receipt, and she asked me to pull forward. I waited over 20 minutes before I realized that no one was coming. I requested a refund, and 2 separate people asked for my receipt.....even though I told them I gave them the receipt before I pulled forward. I waited another 15 minutes for my refund. Never again

I ordered mashed potatoes and i told them to put the gravy on the side. After waiting 10 minutes, i get to the window and the mashed potatoes had gravy on it. I asked them to redo the mashed potatoes without the gravy on top, and that is a .89 cents extra? TOO PUT THE GRAVY ON THE SIDE? THAT YOU ALL MESSED UP? That’s ridiculous

Tried to get an extra fry at the pick up window and was told that their manager doesn’t allow add on’s and that I would have to go all the way back to the end of the line to order a simple order of fry’s. This location is already slow and costumer service is horrible. Hopefully this place gets a better manager and treats their costumers better.

Probably one of the worst chicken expresses I have ever been too. They never have fried pickles EVER. Yet every other location always does. Also, the customer service here is horrible. They are rude af here. Very disorganized place.

Poor Service all the way to the manager. Apparently they don't care about their customers because as I was driving up the lights were turned off at 8:35pm. Take in mind that they don't close until 9pm. This is very bad for business. When asked ro speak to the manager, she sent the worker to the window to reply "WE'RE CLOSED!" Your business is planted by a Wal-Mart and you look pretty bad as a new person moving to the area. I won't be giving you guys another time to get it together because this was done so poorly on your part. I will be calling management to follow up with this review because everyone in the place on 12/06/2021 evening shift really, really disappointed me.
