Well I read the reviews. Surprisingly this location has 2.7 stars. But my personal experience was GREAT!!!
The store was clean. I server greeted me. FOOD was great and plenty of it.

I kindly asked my server for double protein, which was carne asada. FIRST portion was probably normal which was a scoop, but the extra portion that I asked for was two strips of carne asada. I proceeded to ask my server. “Was that the extra portion that I was paying for “ and she said yes. I normally cook six out of seven days a week, which the seventh my husband cooks. I’m disappointed that every person before me way served generously without having to ask for an extra.I’ve been to this location Several times because it’s much closer to my home, thinking I’m going to give them another chance. Unfortunately, they disappointed again.. …. Please train your employees to be equal with every customer.

I don't understand why the rating for this place is so low. We had exactly the sort of service we would expect from a chipotle and the manager seemed very involved with the team and friendly to customers

Went there yesterday and the food was horrible, I would not feed it to a hungry dog. While waiting in line to eat, I noticed that the cooking grill was filthy covered with burnt chicken and steak and the cooking grill was placing new meat on it to be cooked. Also the place is cooking the meat the day before and reheating it the next day to be sold to the public! My stomach was upset all night. I suggest that if you do not want your stomach upset all night and feeling nauseous, do not eat at this location. If l could give this place a score it would be below 0. I’m never eating at this place again…

Placed my order through door dash and whoever made my bowl gave me a old bowl that had been just sitting up it was full of grease at the bottom full of rice and they did not give me all the items I paid for in my bowl

I came in today 6/23/25, and waited 25-30 minutes for brown rice to be done when the kitchen stated it would be done in 5 minutes. Others asked the same that came in after me and they kept saying 5 minutes which wasn't the truth. A young lady raised her voice at me while servicing me and when I spoke to a manager about the wait and disrespect, she stated they're under staffed while I see about 8 or 9 people (in the kitchen or servicing) just laughing and chilling instead of replenishing food that's empty. Go to another location if you want great customer service otherwise you will be disappointed.

Bought 2 chickrn bowls. 1 bowl was big, the other bowl barely had anything in it. We had to ask them to put a little more than a half of spoon full on it. The people in front of me had 4 bowls and all their bowls were full.

Horribly Managed. The manager Adan did nothing when I approached him for lack of communication between his team and the customers. We were told to wait 5 minutes for chicken. 15 minutes later, no chicken, and they ran out of stake too and black beans. We were told to wait another 15 minutes. No one cared to communicate with the long lunch line of customers the situation. The cashier was laughing behind the manager, Adan, like it was funny. I was very disappointed and left with my friends, who only 2 of them got food, and it was cold upon eating it. I also observed bad hygiene. The girl cooking the meats keeped rubbing her nose while she was cooking.
