It’s 2:50pm on a Friday. The girl making my chicken bowl said they’re out of black beans instead of getting a fresh pot. The pinto beans look like they’ve might be reused from yesterday and the chicken Al pastor looked old. Please retrain your staff.

They are not consistent in preparing each bowl fairly. The man before received a hefty portion and did not asked for a double portion. I ordered the same as him. I received a child portion amount.

Joshua Weaver is the GM at this location. Based on previous reviews, it is clear he does not care about the DeSoto location. Service should not be super because it is in the southern sector of Dallas. This is completely unacceptable. I will continue to reach out to higher leadership until this is corrected.I arrived at 7:15PM, did not leave until 7:52PM. Why? The chicken and vegetables were not ready. This establishment is absolutely filthy, and I will reach out to the health department next.Children are operating this location with no management in site. This is a management issue and Joshua Weaver must be held accountable. Do not patronize this location.

This restaurant location and service is trash...you have to wait way beyond the time it's suppose to be ready..and the counter and food prep area is dirty.?? not to mention they forgot to put guacamole on one of my orders and I paid for it.

Came in to this location today and wasn’t expecting much, but there’s a gentleman there name Ray who is a sweetheart, always patient and kind and a smile that could light up a room! Ray even when you were at the Red Oak location thank you so much for your service, and your kindness!! Promote that kid!
This location needs direction. Someone that is older or someone that has experience. This location opens at 10:45 and they are still prepping food. Only two items are out. No rice, beans,guacamole, corn, salsa no nothin. You would think with all the negative reviews things would change but it doesn’

DONT ORDER ONLINE; I have ordered twice and it is marked “confirmed delivery” before I even arrive at location and your food is not ready pickup time; My orders have been handed to me 10-15 minutes after so you might as well wait in line it might be

To go order employee discount as too busy on her phone she took too long to make our order. Thanks to Kourtney for stepping up, other we would of been there another 30 mins . This location needs better management

This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. It honestly made me sick the last time. The taste as well is not there either, food is bland and rice is hard. And why is there only 1 person doing most of the work even with a line out the door? Just an embarrassment of an establishment.
