Last night we stopped by the young man who took our order reached in the ice cooler & pulled out a bottle water that he had drunk from. Placed it on the counter took the next car order. Drunk from the bottle again & placed it back in the ice. Once the young lady brought my kids food I asked the guy if he really just did that. He replied yeap & close the window. I don't eat from Church's but the kids wanted it. Just fyi

If I could give out 0 stars I would. Just given them one star is really a blessing the manager Mia.B she poorly handled a situation that could had been fix her and the yellow teeth employer Erica was very nonchalant very unapologetic about an order I told them I wanted fresh chicken she said 27 mins I said fine she said pull to the side . The manager was outside the whole time and knew we was waiting she was took busy talking on the phone and smoking ….it took them an hour and they still didn’t drop the chicken which is lazy and crazy and tried to blame the cook saying she can’t understand English… the poor excuses they made was sad. this churches chicken never is busy so they keep old food out to give and expect you to be ok with it . They need better management and employees for sure ……. Need help with communicating as well

This location in Desoto is terrible! The manager is rude, she prefers to argue with customers instead of fix the issue. Totally unprofessional. Food is gross!

Despite of what I remember from the brand on the East Coast this location was decent on my visit. The food was okay, the location in the town was okay. The entrance in the back of this location is mad steep and did a bit of damage to my vehicles bumper but I chose the entrance so I have some blame with that.

I got a two piece meal. I have always loved the taste of Churches fried chicken. The crust makes it really good but it is also juicy which just adds to the enjoyment. The crinkle cut fries or the mashed potatoes are my sides of preference. The line sometimes takes a while but after I have eaten the meal I find the wait worth it.

The drive thru cashier was an angel, very polite and professional. The chicken lacked flavor and the biscuits were flat and unsatisfying. The fries that are being sold now are not the original texture or taste, therefore the fries were not acceptable. This location is N?T representing the CHURCH'S brand accurately by preparing the chicken as instructed, which can cause customers to stop purchasing at this specific location. I pray management centers their focus on providing good food and aligns proper guidelines to increase business and not allow the current business practices to continue. ~ Sincerely

Brought 1 family meal 16 pcs w/3 large sides; 1 smash potato, 2 coleslaw.I truly prefer them to increase a bit the price if it's needed in order to make a profit and not be fooled with this small cup inside a large one.
