My husband went through the drive through and places order.And when he came home and checked the order was wrong.And it's too cold to go outside. Tried to call the number but it doesn't even work... This is truly bad service.

I love Dairy Queen, chili cheese burritos with a root beer float, my second time since last week. Last week was slow service and was given ice cream with no root beer but was charged. Today chili on burrito was terrible, sat in drive thru about 4 minutes or so without anyone coming to take my money till my burrito was ready to sit again for minutes till I drove around to front, got out to ask if he forgot my sundae to be told no strawberries so I decided Carmel is fine to then be told he's working on it, to then it's gonna be 5 to 10 minutes from another worker whom seemed unconcerned. My money then was refunded for the ice cream. David was trying to run both drive thru and front counter. He did a good job but needs to inform customers about the wait shortly after the order is placed if all possible..This happened last month but do believe in given chances. After tonight not sure if I'll return back to the Desoto location. I'm disappointed and hungry from a half eaten burrito.ijs

This was our second visit to the Dairy Queen off Hampton in DeSoto, and it was another wonderful family experience. The service really stood out. The two young men working were so polite and very friendly. As a nice touch of service, they even brought my banana split right to our table. I got my absolute favorite dessert: a banana split loaded with hot chocolate fudge and strawberries, and it was perfect. The whole family was happy—my granddaughter loved her Oreo cookies Blizzard, and my wife enjoyed her hot fudge sundae. We also learned they have a discount on sundaes on Sundays! Great service and great treats. We will definitely be back.

Dairy Queen off Hampton desoto is the worst. Yall are known for your ice cream and your MACHINE is down unacceptable then your customer service is horrible. Lady say order when your ready...I place my order then lady say one moment please... smh... This place need to shut down yall never have nothing

Was not friendly, had to wait five minutes before I could order, the salad that I received for $10.58 was very little but looked good and I did get a drink also. Didn't have no salad dressing to choose from. (Ranch only)
Tried this DQ after an awful experience at DQ Red Oak. Dine-in area looks like they are either just moving in or moving out. Very few areas to sit and eat. Would have given only 1 star, but young lady at the counter proceeded to honor my wife and fix her up with an old fashioned DQ parfait: ice cream with layers of pineapple, chocolate and strawberry. Down side: pineapple and strawberry were old and had no taste. Such a disappointment.

If I could give a zero I would. It was 8:30pm and I was parking to go inside. Then the cashier girl rushed to the door to lock it. So I was forced to go thru drive. I went thru the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for someone to say anything. I would have backed out but there were cars behind me. I get to the ordering menu and they said they’re not doing to crunchin cookie. I was very disappointed. It was the whole reason why I came. I would not recommend coming to this location

I went to DQ for lunch today ordered the #1 and friend got tacos, it was hard to believe but, everything was great. Will be back it's sad to say but this location give good service before 3 pm. When I got anytime after 3pm it's ALWAYS BAD EVERYTHING!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I came around 7:50 pm there was a boy and a girl ( look like teens) that clearly didn’t even work there telling us they close. I seen them send others away. So I get in the drive thru. I’m struck in the drive thru for almost 20 mins we get to the microphone they say THEY CLOSED!!! So I went and parked. They allowed 2 cars I. Front of me to order there was a black lady in front of her they didn’t let both of us order but the person behind me got to?!!! Went back around she took my order then told me when I got us there they can’t ring any one out. There was a car in front and they got into an altercation and the girl tried to throw something at the man!!! This place needs to be shut down! I called the corporate number. My son is 6 and he even said they were so rude. They just wanted to hang out with their friends.
