If I could give a zero I would. It was 8:30pm and I was parking to go inside. Then the cashier girl rushed to the door to lock it. So I was forced to go thru drive. I went thru the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for someone to say anything. I would have backed out but there were cars behind me. I get to the ordering menu and they said they’re not doing to crunchin cookie. I was very disappointed. It was the whole reason why I came. I would not recommend coming to this location

I went to DQ for lunch today ordered the #1 and friend got tacos, it was hard to believe but, everything was great. Will be back it's sad to say but this location give good service before 3 pm. When I got anytime after 3pm it's ALWAYS BAD EVERYTHING!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I came around 7:50 pm there was a boy and a girl ( look like teens) that clearly didn’t even work there telling us they close. I seen them send others away. So I get in the drive thru. I’m struck in the drive thru for almost 20 mins we get to the microphone they say THEY CLOSED!!! So I went and parked. They allowed 2 cars I. Front of me to order there was a black lady in front of her they didn’t let both of us order but the person behind me got to?!!! Went back around she took my order then told me when I got us there they can’t ring any one out. There was a car in front and they got into an altercation and the girl tried to throw something at the man!!! This place needs to be shut down! I called the corporate number. My son is 6 and he even said they were so rude. They just wanted to hang out with their friends.

This place sucks it doesn't have any ice cream every time I come they're out of everything they need to either read do the management or knock down the store entirety because every time I come it is not what it is I have horrible service every time I come they're always out of something I never get what I want this is not the dairy Queen that I used to know

This DeSoto location must improve. The service I received today was unacceptable and embarrassing to the DQ brand. After placing an order for a chili-cheese dog in the drive thru and waiting for 25 minutes, I was told they were out of hot dogs at the pay window. After asking to speak to a manager, he informed me that there was no food ready to replace the hot dog I ordered. Ultimately, I wasted my time and left with no food. Shameful.

I ordered a kids chicken meal. It took over 15 minutes and my going yo the counter twice before it showed up sitting on the kitchen counter. Another customer came, got her meal and was well into her meal. Then I ordered a Blizzard. I waited another 18 minutes because they were having trouble with digging out the components of a Turtle Pecan Blizzard. I ate normally but it was over 45 minutes for "fast food." It appeared to me that there were NO adults in charge, but newbies unprepared. No one apologized for either delay. In 30 years of delighting in Dairy Queen food, this was the worst.
