The first time I went with my daughter. We was not greeted at all. That was our first time going, we really didn’t know what to get. Customer service is everything for small businesses. I know we came when it was almost closing time. So I told my daughter we will go back another time when we’re on that side of town. And maybe it will be a different experience. Well we did and they were closed during business hours when they’re supposed to be open. Like they’re never open.

I didn’t order anything because the customer service was literally H O R R I B L E !! It’s over priced as well please don’t waste your time . 0/10

First time trying and I almost fell out my car ? flavors smacked ? all I can say is Dayuuummmmmmmmmm.

Smh after looking at a content creator posting a review & said exactly what there reviews show . I went last year when I was pregnant and owner was rude & just looking . Doesn’t welcome anyone or anything. If I was you , since you wanna reply to the little few “good” reviews that you have I would do better business before you not have one! Thank you

This pickle was HORRIBLE!!! This was my FIRST candy pickle. Flavor of the day was Grape. The pickle was Frozen. They told me to allow it to thaw for approximately 15minutes. It actually took 1 hour for this frozen pickle to thaw out. The candy coating had no flavor what so ever, please don’t waste your money. Take that $7.50 and purchase something that you need. Trust me, you don’t need this NASTY, frozen pickle.

We came into town and really wanted to try these pickles. My Husband ❤️❤️???? got a stuffed pickle as you can tell. It was hollow out with literally three pieces of gushers inside. That was it they might as well have kept the inside of the pickle and sprinkle them three gushers on top very disappointed. Especially for the price! $36 for 3 pickles is wild.

The reviews are true. Save ya time, money and gas! I am a food influencer who consistently puts places on the map, was SO excited to try this place. Check me out @TavReviewsEverything on IG! Anywho, my experience was a 0 out of 10. The items we ordered were maybe a 4/10 so that and then the customer service was not good at all, the people were unfriendly. Bad combo! When people walk into your establishment, you greet them for one. For two, maybe it would be nice to find out if it’s there first time there since it’s a UNIQUE store. Then it would be helpful for yall to SUGGEST things for them to order instead of looking at them dumbfounded while they go over the menu to see what they want. I went back to the counter and asked if there was anything that could be added to my pickles to make them sweeter because it was a too spicy for me. That’s when I was told I ordered something that was spicy/tangy and that the “unicorn” would’ve been good if I like sweet. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO KNOW THAT BEFOREHAND. Again, that’s where the suggestions would have come in. Then my husband tried to order candy pineapples and he gets a dry “we out.” LOL again, no suggestion on “oh maybe try this instead.” That’s how you should do business. The guy with the longer locs who I assume to be the main man in charge was the rudest. Again, offered no help and just looked at people all weird like when ordering.

p.s. I sent them an Instagram message first trying to offer constructive feedback but they didn’t reply meaning they don’t care so just thought I’d publicly make my experience known.

This place was not good! I ordered the watermelon grapes with crushed jolly ranchers. It came with 6 small grapes. Not the green grapes the purple grapes. The candy was sticky and all in your teeth. You really can’t enjoy the taste of the candy without it getting stuck in your teeth.

This place is super cute!! Great place for photos. The candy pickles are mouth watering and delicious. Great place for kids

This is the cutest spot! However, I’m so disappointed of the customer service. My little family visited this place on 14 July 2024, and we were so excited to try the candy pickles. This was our first visit and we expressed that too them, but we felt as if we were bothering them and the young man and young lady just looked at us and acted as if they didn’t want to assist us. My husband and I love supporting small businesses but at this point, we’ll buy our own jars of pickles, candy, and koolaid packs. I hope they hire workers who like to interact with people, because great customer service goes a long way.

B.O.B not a huge pickle fan but I tried it.
Service could’ve been better with me letting them know it was my first. Praying the customer service gets better. The mood was blah.
