Tried to buy some but they were closed
I WON’T BE BACK because the owner’s customer service was trash. The owner was very unwelcoming and not friendly AT ALL. So yea I WON’T BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ANYMORE.
I've seen this place several times and always wanted to try it. We finally made it today. This place is very expensive and I should have known not to purchase once they said no samples. We paid around $37 for 3 pickles. The flavors were not great but we appreciated the concept. I probably would not go back.
Amazing customer service , the lady helping us was very patient and the pickles were very delicious!
Man! I've been looking for a pickle place like this but OMG! Reading these reviews on their customer service got me wanting to stay away. There's more bad then good reviews from new to old. I'm 20 min away from this location. Idk if I want to drive & spend my hard earned money on poor customer service. I don't care if their products are good. Unfortunately I think I'm gonna have to pass. I guess I'm gonna have to keep searching for another pickle store.
The pickles & candy grapes are so dang good , I go every week !
I hate posting bad reviews especially for a place I’ve visited and supported a numerous times. I took a 30 drive (traffic) from waxahachie only to get there and they are closed earlier than closing time. I think it is so inconsiderate to close before closing time when people travel to support them.
Customer Service is lacking and seems like they're rarely open.
I love all the candies fruits 🍉 the flavors are amazing and satisfying especially if you love sweets 🍭 many options and flavors to choose from and the pickles are the best ever! If ever in Desoto stop by and message directly to place an order and owner is the sweetest person!

I am born and raised in Dallas, TX. Grew up in Desoto.
So I know Desoto like the back of my hand.
I have passed by this place for a couple of years now and I have never stopped by until today.
I was always intrigued by the concept but I just never purchased anything.
Today was my first time coming in, looking at the menu, looking at what they offer and asking questions so I can figure it out for myself.
Whoever I interacting with today - I am not sure if she was the owner or not.
Personally I don’t believe “rude” is the proper word. More like didn’t care, wasn’t truly helpful, and (to me) gave off “are you going to buy something”.
The problem about black owned businesses I have is why does our customer service ALWAYS have to be trash.
If someone was a first timer in my establishment or returning guest.
“Hello welcome, thank you so much for coming. Please let me know if you have any questions.”
That would be me. But it would’ve been great if she was helpful, maybe even let me try a pickle piece since I know nothing of her concept to see if I would even like the product.
None of this happened of course. But I am only sharing my experience.
The first time I went with my daughter. We was not greeted at all. That was our first time going, we really didn’t know what to get. Customer service is everything for small businesses. I know we came when it was almost closing time. So I told my daughter we will go back another time when we’re on that side of town. And maybe it will be a different experience. Well we did and they were closed during business hours when they’re supposed to be open. Like they’re never open.
I didn’t order anything because the customer service was literally H O R R I B L E !! It’s over priced as well please don’t waste your time . 0/10
