Got the Three meat plate and one of the meats was Brisket. They gave me all Fat and a little Meat for that size of a Plate they should provide at Least 2 sides of BBQ sauce they gave me one her plate and They forgot my sides, whice I would have forgot if my Wife didnt tell me to check the Food. The service was Poor they were upset we asked for what they forgot and they only had 2 other people to serve! Not to meantion the Food was cold. Do Better Dickeys Im very disappointed.
The Hispanic ladies are very racist! I asked could she provide more meat on a two meat plate because it was not a proper portion. She whispered to her co-worker “ugly black lady”. I asked her to repeat it and she said “Speak no English”.DO NOT EAT HERE! Support BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES!!!!

This location is HORRIBLE! I’ve attempted to DoorDash multiple times but the order is ALWAYS wrong!! They either send incorrect items or omit items from the order. Don’t waste your time or money at this location!

If there was a way to rate them 0 stars I would. The cashier was extremely rude because she made a mistake on the order and tried selling me overcooked brisket. They never have to worry about me going there again. Also, the 5 star reviews come from offering customers a free cookie.

Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Customer service was good. I gave 4 stars because they were out of a few things on the menu. The sliced brisket was more like chunks of brisket but it was still very good. The chicken was very flavorful and all the meats were tender. We'll definitely return.
