They are stealing peoples money here!!!! We ordered at 2:00 yesterday and they took over an hour to deliver food and when I called they hung up in my face .. I cancelled a 38 dollar transaction from them

UPDATE: 12/04.25 11.25.25 - I ordered a medium pizza with beef, Italian sausage and pepperoni. The older lady who delivered called my phone and sat in her car for 5 minutes before she even got out. 2ndly the pizza was cold and the meat was dry as if it had been overcooked and then sat for a while. I also ordered wings on this order as well and they were luke warm. I called in and they told me I could either come pick it up or save it for the next time because they were not going to deliver it again. Now today I am calling to get my order and no one seems to know who I spoke with or can't find the information in the order. This place has consistently become trash/worse. When football season first started it was on point, now I cant tell who is working there. Also whomever is at the support email address never responded back to my email either.

Anywho I called spoke with someone and nobody offered to remake and deliver my entire order. Avoid this Domino's. *I Was Ripped Off for $41.oo for only two Medium two-topping pizzas - - I made the order from the Domino's App - and didn't realize it was $41 until shortly after the order processed in the app. Moments after I placed the delivery order, I called the store & spoke with an employee there - because I thought I had selected the discounted special on the two Medium two-topping pizzas. The Domino's employee there Refused to give me, the Customer, a charge adjustment for the discount special that I thought I had originally selected, plus also Refused to give me the Option to Cancel my Order - in order to receive a Full Refund. Unacceptable. This particular Domino's will lose me as a customer, plus will lose several other people in the area as customers. - Ripping Off a 71 year old Senior Citizen for $41.oo for only two Medium two-topping pizzas. Stop Shortchanging Your Community.

This pizza order was made on the evening of Sat. Nov. 8, 2025, at around 8:30PM, and I called them just a few minutes after I originally placed the order on their App - to resolve the Excessive Charge. *They had Plenty of Time then to fix this for me, as they are Open until after midnight on Saturdays, closing at 1 AM .... all other days of the week they close at midnight.

Never purchasing from this location ever again. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and only received 2. This was delivery while I was working from home, I thought I made the mistake and only put in 2 but , I had ordered 3. I called to let them know. The phone number just kept taking me in circles. I reach out to customer care for help and they just sent the information to the location which I have not heard anything from. This was my first time ordering here and you bet it’s my last.

If you aren’t placing your order with Maddy, I am uncertain as to what you’re doing. She is one of the top best managers at this location, very courteous, and assisted me with my order. I placed 10 pizzas and she stated it was going to be a 10-minute wait. I didn’t believe her because the wait is usually 30 minutes, but that woman efficiently prepared those pizzas and, amazingly, accomplished it under 8 minutes. My order was ready, and the food was 10/10. My wife and I were so astonished!

I placed an order online and when I received the order there was hair cooked into my pizza. When I called the store to let the manager know she told me she would remake the pizza but I would have to come get it. I asked her was she serious and she immediately got an attitude. I told her that I would bring in the entire order for a full refund. She placed me on hold and never came back.

The Domino's Pizza store in DeSoto at Hampton Rd. and Beltline is horrible!!! Their service stinks, the manager/employees are lazy, sorry and do not care about the customer! I phoned in my order, and when I got there they hadn't even started cooking the pizza! They made me wait another 30mins for them to make it/cook it, and the pizza still wasn't what I ordered! The manager refused to compensate me for anything, I told her that I would file a complaint!!! 🤬😡😵

Pizza was okay and service tonight was slow. Suggested time was 10 to 14 minutes wait on order i arrive and pay and told to wait another 10 to 15 minutes by associate then after my order was ready they sit it under the warmer and no one says anything after a while I go back to counter and ask where the order is response its ready as they get it from the warmer white im sitting in the store very frustrating.

The DeSoto Dominos has their pick-up specials down to a science — fast, fresh, and easy on the wallet. I ordered tonight and my pizza was spot-on: perfect crust, just the right amount of cheese, and piping hot like it came straight from the commercial. Gary at the counter deserves a raise (or at least first dibs on the next batch of cheesy bread) — friendly, quick, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You don’t get that kind of service from most chains anymore. If you want a solid dinner that won’t waste your time or your money, this Dominos crew has it handled.
Dominos definitely beats out the other chain down the street. One last thing; the Parmesan bread bites are addictive!

App said it was ready and we arrived it was not ready and the response from the big girl with the psycho bob haircut was… “yeah well it’s not ready”. I also stopped my 15 year old from going to get the pizza from inside due to a guy always making passes at her. Tried talking to the manager but he treated me like I was lying. Horrible service again.

Place a order online on my lunch break. Went to the store to pick up my orders and the female who want give their name said she couldn't accept cash cause she can't open the drawer. She's making food and working cash register with the same gloves on. Just nasty. So wasting my time driving there on my lunch just to see her trash the food.
