On 8/2/2025 at 8:55pm, a delivery confirmation was allegedly sent. Contrary to this, no delivery was made to our address. The inaccuracy in the pizza delivery update is distressing. Why was this information incorrect?

This is the second time we have order pizza from this place and it never arrives. This time we waited until midnight for the order to be delivered but it never was. It said that they began to work on my order at 11:20 and it never moved forward until it was cancelled at 12:06am. They don’t answered the phone even if you call multiple times! Very disappointed!

I picked up my order and got two boxes. Thought I was lucky. No. One was my order. Hot and fresh). I only ordered one pizza. The other was actually very clearly old. I'm not sure why they gave me the old pizza.

I placed an order at 8:47 PM, it is now 10:55PM and my order still hasn’t arrived. I called around 9:50 and waited on hold for 15 mins, once someone answered an employee was in the background cursing and I just attempted to call again and no answer after waiting on hold for 10 mins. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend!

There was a manager, Jordan T, who really helped me out. He was talkative but he knows his stuff and really helped me out. Next time you consider visiting, ask JB or Jordan to be sure your food is squared away and is correct.
Messed up my pizzas, drove home 20 minutes. Went back up there after a quick phone call, then waited another 20 minutes in store just make the correct ones. No compensation and they took and threw out the pizzas they originally messed up. Left a bad taste in my mouth

I visited this place 12/1. There were so many bad reviews I was nerves to visit here due to my nieces restrictions with cheese. Yes, I know why come to a pizza place if she can't have cheese. Well she's only 4 and still has a hard time understanding. She doesn't understanding why she can't eat pizza like everyone else. But we do get her pizza with no cheeses and she loves it. I had a very difficult order. One pizza with half pepperoni and pineapples and the other half pepperoni and no cheese. I called it in and thought they might not understood. So I rushed to pick it up and it hadn't gone in the oven. The were super nice and I was greeted right when I came in. I told them my name and order and apologized if it was a bit confusion. It was a young black girl and gentleman who were very tentative to my order and ensured it would be made correctly. They were friendly and everything came out great. She did so well I told her that I would do a review. As late as I am. I wanted to thank them. Not everyone there has poor customer service 😊
