Always mess up my orders and takes them 30-45 minutes to just hand me a pizza everytime busy or not, slowest dominoes on this side of town may need new workers

Horrible service. Cashier was on her phone the whole time. Took her a while to acknowledge customers. My food was ready, but she didn't know because she was on the phone. Service is bad at this location.

This is a nicely remodeled location, but was severely understaffed when I was there. Food was good, just long wait times to get it.Parking: Southwest corner of Hampton and Beltline so you can only turn right going south on Hampton then turn around. Large parking lot with plenty of space.

I don’t know why this dominos in desoto is even still open. This is the worst location ever! Never picks up the phone. A bunch of teenagers running the store. Delivers at the wrong houses. Pizza dough is still somewhat raw. We need a new location built and soon!

Placed an order for 2 pizzas online. Wait wasn’t long according to the estimated time. Prep and cooking was on decent time (about 10-15 min). Right before the top of the hour, it was said that the delivery driver was on the way. 30 minutes passed, the app and when I called, said that my order had already been delivered, (which was false). At that time, I called the store directly. To where I was put on hold numerous times and had to call back twice before I was able to speak to someone. By this time it had already been 50 minutes since the driver had “left” with our food, and 20 minutes since it said it was delivered. Someone was able to get ahold of the driver who “coincidently” now happened to be less than 5 minutes away. Once the driver got to my residence, I proceeded to pay with cash, 2 20’s for a total of under $23. The driver than told me that he did not have change, just 7 dollars. And that he would give me the 7 and keep 10 for himself for tip. Which left me mind blown. Almost an hour for delivery, and then you try to take 10 for yourself. Did not ask, just flat out said here’s 7, I’m going to keep 10 for myself. I told him no, that I’d be willing to give 5 (which was being generous at this point) to which he declined. I ended up finding 3 dollars to pay the full total but wasn’t able to give a tip because of him not having change. But it was just a complete disappointment of an experience with them, and I will not be using that location again. Just sad.

This is one of the worst franchise's in this area. I placed a delivery order, not realizing it was coming from this store on October 27th. The pizza came almost 2 hours later. I called multiple times to the store to cancel my order and the store never picked up. When the delivery guy came I told him I already purchased something else for dinner. He took the pizza, and today I still don't have a refund. I called the manager on Saturday to discuss my refund, and he was rude and told me my refund had been processed. I still don't have my refund, but they did however update my payment to include the delivery fee!! I've been on the phone 3 different times today for a total of an hour and was hung up on each time. I don't leave reviews on places because I feel everyone is entitled to a bad day, but every time I've order from this location it is an issue.Thank you Demarcus and Jed for addressing my concern. I left a satisfied customer.
