Went in yesterday and today and yesterday she charged me for 5 dozen donut holes and didn't put it in my bag I noticed after I got home after getting off work at 6 am I go in today and let her know and she tried to give me half a dozen for free she says and when I realized what she did in the parking lot I went back in and showed her my bank statements where the price was different did the same order after she gave what I paid for she told me not to come back and flipped out her donuts may be good but she is crazy

The lady that works the counter is extremely RUDE!! When you first walk in the energy is off. She looks at you like it pisses her off to help you. Honestly she has a very evil spirit. Never

Not only was the female manager very rude and condescending but the food was really yucky. Too much butter inside my croissant, that instead of being soft, it was droopy! I asked for my receipt and she just ripped it and threw it on the counter for me to pick it up. I handed it back to her and asked her to hand it back to me. After she handed it back and realized what had happened, she proceeded to laugh in my face. Not only does she not respect black people, but she wants our money too. Don’t go here for donuts as you will not be satisfied! The donut shop on Polk is better!

My son and I come here every so often and get the same items. Every time the price is always different. The price is usually higher than other places we go to. The receipt they give you is never itemized. I can't confirm but I'm sure they are making up their own prices (inputing random numbers on the register). The prices they have on the signs are minimal and are not up to date. Today I got a small order of 3 items related to what was priced on the sign, and it was over $10. The price was $1 plus more than what the signs display for each item. I explained it was too high and could I exchange for the price on the sign. It was about 11:30am at this time and they were about to close. Of course they are not fresh but my son had the craving. The lady said no I cannot exchange and to pay the price. I explained I will go somewhere else and elder lady started screaming at me. Definitely will not go back to this location, and anybody looking for an tasty honorable donut shop, will be able to find multiple shops on Hampton Rd.

Now I'm picky when it comes to donuts and I've tried a lot of different shops here in DeSoto, but when I tell you this is the spot, you better believe it. Best donuts, best pigs, best croissant sandwiches, BEST Apple fritters, BEST BEST cinnamon rolls (my favorite). Quick efficient service with a smile and makes me feel like a valued customer every time I go in there. I know sugar is the devil but one fervent prayer and a couple of Hail Marys will fix that, right?

My favorite donut shop. This place has been around for over 20 years and their recipe is still the same for the glaze that they use. The donuts are always fresh and the glaze is to die for. Trust me you go once you will definitely go back. The donut holes are my favorite

The lady with red hair was very rude! Not sure if she’s the owner or not. I called myself trying to try a new donut shop since my usual place gets extremely packed around a certain time. My toddler couldn’t decide what drink he wanted and she tried rushing us. After my purchase I asked for a receipt because I knew I had been charged extra, she got upset that I questioned my total and shouted to me how much each item was individually. I informed her that she had poor customer service and that I wouldn’t return. She replied “that’s fine!”. It was too early for the attitude, I felt the energy being off when I first entered and I should have just followed my mind and left. I’ll NEVER purchase here again! 0/5 stars!

Customer service is a 10. The lady that helped me was really nice. However the donuts are very meh.. The jalapeño kolache (the croissant one) had a peculiar taste and the jalapeño baked on top was aweful. Maybe mark them differently because that was not a pleasant taste. The apple fritter was most disappointing. It's basically donut dough with a little cinnamon mixed in the middle. There was no apples either. Maybe they use the apple filling with no apples, however it didn't even have an apple essence. It was really just a chopped donut.
