I ordered a cake online on Monday for Saturday pick up. When I went to pick it up, they said their cake decorator was out, so the cake hadn’t been done. They told me I could just pick an ice cream cake from the freezer. That’s it. No one said anything else. So..Don’t expect a cake from here to get done. Giving 2 stars because the basic cake we bought from the freezer was fine, just not at all what we ordered in advance.

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday with 48 hours notice. They call me an hour before I'm supposed to pick it up and tell me they don't have a cake decorator to complete the cake. An hour before I'm supposed to pick it up. That means my son had no cake for his birthday party. They didn't apologize. Did not care. Will not support this business again.

Worst customer service ever, the so called supervisor was rude, and unprofessional sitting at table eating instead of making sure customers were taken care of. I was charged extra for whip cream and cinnamon on a drink that comes with it, I was told that’s how they track inventory bull crap the drink comes with it. Won’t ever go back.

Hours listed on the door says closing time isn’t until 9pm, we came on a Tuesday at 8:30 pm and the doors were locked! They were already mopping the floor and instructed us to go thru the drive thru. We wanted to see the choices and enjoy the entire experience. We left without our ice cream. We thought it was a one time thing and went back a couple days later, earlier I might add, and the same thing!!! Needless to say we won’t be back! You’d think as empty as the parking lot always is, they’d be open as long as possible.

When you view all of these reviews and you don’t do anything about it, it’s just clear signs that you don’t care about your establishment. I did a mobile order yesterday, not knowing that the establishment would close early due to the weather. I called today to see if I could pick up my order, and I’m met with a bunch of attitude as though I’m lying about ordering, no questions, just a terrible, rude what I assume is a supervisor. After hanging up in my face, I decided to make a trip to pick up said order and was greeted with more attitude from who I assume is the same person who I spoke to. Do better! Gatekeeping ice cream is a lot!

Ordered a polar pizza in advance, 7am. (The website forces same day orders only.). Nobody at the location could make one, nor did they have one in stock. Employees were polite about it, but it is honestly ridiculous that nobody could make something that is a same day order.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a cake a week early. Went to pick up and cake wasn’t even made. Staff was extremely dismissive and uncaring. Don’t even offer an apology. I was just given a business card and told to call the manager, who never even answered the phone or returned message.

Awful service. I went to treat my kids to a shake and every single flavor I asked for they didn't have. I kept trying to order other flavors until I understood the employee did not want to do it. I went to Braums instead and got the shake I wanted. B&R is hiring employees that don't want to promote the company. Don't go here. Go to Braums!!
