I came for some donuts and an iced coffee. Yhe cashier refused to warm up the donuts saying she's not able to when I've infact warmed up donuts at multiple dunkin donuts before. Very unsatisfied, not only thay but they got my order wrong for my coffee. Find a different location to get your coffee/donut cravings.

Worst customer service and terrible management. Marissa needs to set the example for her team on how to effectively handle escalated situations. It appears she is under qualified for her position and does not care about customer experience at all. Alan apparently is there against his will at 8:53am on a Saturday morning and does not care how he speaks to customers. Save your time and money and go to either Dutch Bros or Starbucks.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast foot restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for an order that was sent online 10 minutes before our arrival. The food was disgusting and took 30 minutes to prepare? We had a place to be and they were so slow that we missed our event. Ridiculous waste of money and workers who were barely making an effort to do their job. Better off going to a Starbucks. People inside were all upset and workers continued to move slow and disregard customers. Disgusting.

I ordered $6 meal. The hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old grease and taste like some put sage or rosemary on them. The taste was different. I had the English muffin, with egg and bacon. It was okay, nothing special or special. The bacon was fried completely. It wasn't any soft fatty pieces. Coffee was good. I prefer a sweet and creamy taste.

I wanted some donuts holes with my order. They used to give them away! Now they have specialty holes and some are even filled. They're sold in lots of 3,5,10... And charge you by the box. Coffee, x1 donut and a box of x10 donuts holes later.. almost 10 bucks! No more Dunkin for me!

Never again I get sick of trying new things and it’s never what you order if you can’t customize my drink why would you say that you can and then not know how to refund my payment on the app so not only will I now have to dispute my charge with my bank to get my full refund on my order I won’t be back and I can’t stand black women who wanna insist that you yelling or arguing because that’s what you used to because I am asking for what I ordered if you used your active listening skills you would’ve heard me asking for what you can do to fix my drink. & I wanted to yell I would I can’t stand none of these restaurants and places in Desoto I hate it you can’t never get what you pay for and it’s always a wanna be in charge black person who work in fast food like they have authority to try and belittle you just do your job and fix the issue which you didn’t do makes no sense at all.

Heavy set woman that works the drive dru in the morning is extremely rude. Rushed me and my family to order and gave major attitude when I came in to get my order corrected. I called corporate to report the worker. She is absolutely terrible.

I have no idea why this place isn’t a full 5 stars. I come to this location every week, and not once have I ever had a bad experience. They literally provide the best customer service out of all the establishments in Desoto. The employees just seem happy to be there. I will literally go out of my way to come to this location to support their team. Their customer service is a dose of happiness I think every “not a morning person” needs. Haha A++
Vegetarian options: I typically get the egg and cheese croissant. Super delicious.
Im only giving this place a a good review because of Andrea who made my order. She prepared it in a matter of time and gave me a good service for everything I ordered however front counter I got no smile no greeting no welcoming to feel good in my environment. Andrea this review is good because of you so make sure she take and make your order if you want good service!
