The food was pretty good, but the person at the front desk didn't seem to know a lot about Taco Tuesday deals and the corporate website seems to indicate the tacos were $1.50 today but we paid $2.50 for them. Maybe I'm wrong but I just sort of had the impression that no one was really happy to see us today.

The food was ok, but I just witnessed both the girls in the back that are preparing food eating and chewing over the other food that they're making for customers, and one of the girls that's wearing pink is steadily shoving food into her mouth then she chews with her mouth open 🤔 I understand that they have to eat, but eating in front of customers while preparing their orders is unacceptable and should definitely be stopped by management... so I won't be back as long as they're allowed to do this... I was dining inside on Monday 8/4/25 from 5:30-6pm😪

Did not receive my queso. The Uber driver said the store said everything was there. And that I needed to contact the store. I did and apparently they don’t have a manager available during the day to speak with. So lunch ruined since the queso is one of y’all’s best items. I did receive a bag of stale chips…..

Karessa at Fuzzy's in Desoto, TX is awesome. She is friendly and has exceptional customer service. The frozen margaritas are good as well as the food. I love coming for happy hour.
I had a great experience at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop thanks to one of the hardest-working women name Toshiba. She was fast, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly even during the busy rush. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job. Big shoutout to her for making the visit extra enjoyable!
