Just left this place first was given the wrong to go order came back the young lady apologized gave me a new one I mistakenly thought I order fries the manager came and told me I didnt I apologized to the young ladies instead of it ending there the Grown Manger starts talking about me on the phone to whoever she was talking with(personal call) while working completely unprofessional and rude as she is a reflection to the young employees very unacceptable.

Never coming here again. Every time I come here service has been slow. Workers are rude. Had to wait 40 min on a sandwich once and a worker said, oh you still want that. Today I went again to try and see if things have changed and did a pickup order and after it said it was ready at a certain time, I asked and they told me to wait 7 min on my sandwich and was still not ready, I went again and asked and they said two more minutes. I told them no because of my past experience and Everyone was looking at me dumb and saying to wait in the parking lot. The GM went to the window and was rude and screamed at me saying to wait in the parking lot and I said no and then i asked how long and he did not answer me he was just screaming at me saying wait in the parking lot.

A drive-thru employee threw a towel or napkin accidentally into a container of tea with no lid on, and continued to serve it to customers. Ridiculous...

I'm done with this location. I love the food so much but it is not worth it coming here anymore. Every visit it's issue after issue. The simplest things. Wrong drink, forgetting my extra items I ordered but definitely charging me for it. And every time they change employees it still always just as bad. Never coming here again.
