Each time Iāve ordered from this location I get the same exact service. Thereās usually about 5 employees. As you approach the counter they all start looking at each other like whoās going to take the order. After some attitude and eye rolling among each other eventually your order is taken. Clearly these people donāt want to be here. I always see who I believe is the manager working as well. Iāve seen customers ask for refunds and leave. Not to mention they just canāt seem to add mashed potatoes to my order. With the inflated price of these meals it definitely should also include better service. Get it together people

The size of the chicken was extremely small and fish it was truly upsetting and for me he says they have no control over the size of the chicken so I told him they should change the prices to let people know that their chicken size is extremely small and their fish size is extremely small as well I truly will not be back.

Do not recommend! Iām from Dallas and I now stay in Htown but everytime Iād come home Iād want good food. My food was old, cold and the service was horrible! They had attitudes for no reason and I asked for my food fresh and gave it to me cold. Over it you will not be getting my money on any more visits!!!! Done & done. Donāt go to this location for sure! Dang I guess servicing just isnāt the same no more!

This location has proven to me time and time again that it's a waste of my time and money. The visit before today i went throught the drive thru and they had me pull up to wait on rolls (they said it would be 5 min) I waited 15 min and they never came outside. By this time they locked the lobby and only the drive thru was open. I went to the door and they said they didn't even have any rolls. Today 10/5/24 at 640pm I ordered a cup of ice and a a chicken tender salad. I was asked to pull forward. I went inside to check on my premier at 658 and it still wasn't ready...
