Order tender salad. Hard old tenders, salad brocolli old turning yellow. So disappointed that they would serve trash to me, I returned it. Manager gave me fresh tenders, but again old salad, but this time soggy lettuce. I spit it out with disgust! I hope they REAP THIS, Returning 8 buck trash today.
Everything is fine, but the service is very slow. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for 5 single chicken sandwiches. They weren't busy. If they were, I would understand. But they weren't. So, they need to talk to the staff so they can get the orders out faster so people don't get upset. I worked in a restaurant, and it wasn't a fast food restaurant. It was big, and there were a lot of customers, and we never made them wait that long.
We had a fantastic experience at Golden Chick thanks to two outstanding employees. Santana took our order and gave phenomenal customer service—she was patient, helpful, and made great suggestions. We were so impressed, we asked to speak with her manager to make sure she got the recognition she deserved. That’s when we met Angela, who was on her first day as manager.
