I actually love GC, but this location never does anything well, and often does just horrible. When going there, they are always out of something. Whether it be salt, or fried chicken, or salads, or whatever, there has never been a visit where they have fulfilled my order correctly and fully.
Bear in mind, I am 1/2 mile away from this location, but I frequent the location in Cedar Hill, 3 miles away.
It just ain't worth supporting this location. They appear to be without managment.

I placed and order online, then went up there around 10:59am to pick it up, I waited for a minute before someone finally came to the register, the girl was very rude . When I received my food the fries was cold and tenders was smaller than my thumb…. Don’t recommend coming here anymore to this location

I paid $15 for a 6-pc tender combo that had cold fries, tough and scrawny tenders. For what this costs there should be more in the box and the food should be hot and fresh. While inflation is a thing, this same box was once $13 but the quality was the same then… cold, scrawny and tough😕
