Chicken wings was fried too hard. I believe they were sitting until I ordered 4 wings. They re-dropped in the grease. Horrible. They were dry and so were the fries, hard and dry. I’m a sweet potato pie lover, theirs was too light 🚩and did not taste at all like sweet potato pie more like, sugar and that’s it. Do better Henderson’s

The chicken is usually hot and tasty but the helping of the vegetables seems as if they are for a child’s plate. For the price you pay the amount you receive is awful.

I have a question for the owner of Henderson chicken I want to order a five piece wing meal that you have on your menu. The only thing I didn’t want was the french fries I wanted the pickles and the pepper and the bread. The server told me if I did not take the french fries they charge me for each piece of wings that I got. I purchased only the wings but they don’t give me my pickles, peppers and bread. I paid the price for just the wings. I will not return to this Henderson chicken again for the rest of my life. I do not understand that, but I would like a response from the owner of this company. How does that work with logic does that make from $10 and something for with the fries and peppers and pickles can you charge me $17 and something with just the chicken doesn’t make sense but you got plenty of business so I guess you’re good at missing over people.

This by far is the worst chicken place I have ever tried. Me thinking there's a line I'm gonna have greata food. Lies I waited in-line first off the customer service was sub par to start, the sweet potato pie is a store bought disaster that taste nothing like it should and lastly the food was old. It was just a bunch of reheated food that's been sitting around that wasn't fresh. I would not recommend i wasted my time and money and felt like I been pranked from reading all the positive reviews. Henderson please do better.

Ask for the bread on top. That’s a tip I got standing in line. Because you’re gonna get a basket full of piping hot food that you’re gonna want to be able to find everything in there. Otherwise, they bury the bread on the bottom. Go all with jalapeños and dill pickle slices, spicy seasoning and hot sauce — served with a generous portion of crispy hot french fries and that slice of Mrs. Bairds sandwich bread sitting on top.
