This is a total waste of a remodeled restaurant. They play constantly. Food all wrong most of time. It's close but I will have to go somewhere else. It's as if the owners don't care about this place or who works here.

Just left this location. Before I could place my order, I could hear the staff arguing through the intercom. Someone inside held down the intercom button to alert us customers what's going on inside. Jack in the Box wants to raise prices for which there is no inflation whilst they gouge us and blame inflation and provide unhealthy food. McDonald's at least sells unhealthy food at the minimum price. Long story short, I just drove off being happy for my health..

Today at 9:40am Oct. 27th, I went to TRY & grab breakfast before my hair appointment, but when I pulled to the speaker box 1st off who ever the young lady was with dreads & glasses had the most rudest attitude ever when she took my order but I ignored it, she tells me their out of bacon it would be a wait, okay I still order, I pull to the window and just wanted to add a few more items she told me NO & that it was long line behind me, mind you I only seen 2/3 cars but she still was like no so I was like okay ill pull back around no worries but her tone was so off and I kept trying to be patient, I then heard the lady behind her ask her what did I say/ask and she repeated it to her but had said it as if she had a problem with me asking to add items, so at that point I was done because I wish I would give my money to someone constantly being disrespectful so I told them nvm and drove off, go find another job if you don’t want to deal with people or go work on the line if thats the case because drive thru isnt for you AT ALL ! For it to be that early & for you to be SUPER unprofessional her behavior turned me completely off from buying anything and honestly I won’t be returning to this location because it’s literally always something everytime I go, unfortunately I did not catch her name but GET HER ASS OFF YALL DRIVE THRU IMMEDIATELY!

Unfortunately, I had to smile and greet the person at the drive through window. The other person that was working was friendly professional and offered good service. The food seemed to be pretty fresh. Which is great, because it was a quick snack before Dinner.
The staff at the Jack in the Box on Hamton in Desoto are the friendliest folks, especially for a fast food restaurant. They are welcoming, kind, polite, and helpful. They make you want to come back just to experience it again.

This place always takes so long. I was in the drive thru lane around 9 45pm, was told to park by the entrance after I paid. Seeing other customers get their food. I am a patient guy, and i know this place takes so lonelg but now i am back in line at 11 23pm and asking where is my food. Now since I never got a receipt, they are refused to help me.
