Came to this location this morning and Johnathon was AMAZING, he was sweet, professional and attentive. When I said “Thank you” he said “My pleasure”. I am HUGE on Customer Service and he has it. I stopped going out to eat due to lack of customer service. Went the other night to this location and the ladies at the window were awesome as well. Thank you to all staff who truly treats their customers with dignity especially not knowing what anyone is going through. I appreciate you guys.

Every time you order at this restaurant, they ask you to pull around and wait for your order. This is understandable sometimes when restaurants are very busy, but it happens and there’s barely any body in line.

I did the drive thru at approx 10:45pm. I didn’t wait long in line for my food, which was a good thing and tonight which I made a mistake of not checking my food. I don’t stay far from Jack-in-the-Box when I got home my my fries were hard and cold. I don’t know if I’ll eat a Jack-in-the-Box again .Plus, I didn’t get a receipt! FOCH
Ordered a combo jack and it was so dry I had to trash it.
