When they started offering the Smashed Jack, I thought I was in heaven. Then they stopped it. I don't understand there decision. It was incredibly good. They are saying it will come back in April. My confidence level is not high. If it does come back, so will I. Make sure you try it. Ummm good.

I did an order from the jack n the box app. It took them almost an hour to fill my order. They have the worst service and left out my fries. The app has no customer service phone number. Never again!!!!!

This is the first time I EVER stepped foot in this restaurant. It was a horrible experience, I was in the lobby waiting to order and the manager named JONATHAN! He was being so rude to his worker, yelling and hollering in front of customers. I was immediately off putted by his behavior, it was really upsetting witnessing the ordeal. This was absolutely unprofessional of this manager and this really just ruined my experience that I had to leave because he KEPT TALKING! I’m never coming back and I hope that manager gets fired for treating his worker that way.

Just in line for like hour tonight! order the mini tacos, got home ketchup and ranch sauce! No hot sauce! gave all the tacos to the dog. you know they be dry without the sauce!

I never have a chance to get food from here in the morning, they always have an excuse! The system is either always down or that they are closed! I thought this was a 24hour establishment but I guess not! If you have late night cravings or need to get up early in the morning and need to grab something to eat this is not the place to go!

The worst place the hamburgers are not well cooked they don’t have a good service the manager dosent care she does it on purpose so people won’t go again 2nd time I tried they made us take out the fries with our hand give them back because she gave us the rong fries ? they’re not responsible for there mistakes new managers needed.The food had a hair on it terrible ? I asked for no cheese ? on one hamburger she placed cheese on everything she is not responsible she treats people like she giving it free I’m really angry ? I spent $48dollars on this to take out the fires through drive through with my own hands. Cold food really upset when I got home with a hair on it cheese on it when I said no cheese ?????????is not freed do your job right ?

Got home to eat my food and there was a long strand of black hair in the carton for the sausage egg croussaint. Employees need to be wearing things to protect their hair. This is very unsanitary.
