We Are family We Are family
This was only my second time visiting this establishment today, July 23, 2023, and this time it was pleasant. During the first visit, the young lady who helped me with the daiquiri selection was respectful, kind and patient. This second time, the woman who prepared my daiquiri was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t understand my question, and proceeded to assume I accused her of not preparing the daiquiri correctly when I was actually asking her for the total cost of the half gallon beverage. Her body language and her facial expressions was off putting. She snapped at me stating she had put the extra shot in or was about to, but that wasn’t my question. I only asked what was the total cost of the beverage. This was a disappointing experience.
