Look idk what crew was working on 4/2/24 around 7PM at THIS location but y'all made the food AMAZING biscuits were soft buttery and delicious... Chicken cooked to perfection and the sides baby look KEEP THIS SAME CREW WORKING PLEASE y'all doing it for KFC Tanight!!! ?? ???????????❤️❤️❤️? We ate the food too fast couldn't capture a picture lol

I placed a order Saturday night through the drive through of 8 piece chicken with mash potatoes and Mac and cheese I paid $32.46With extra gravy I got home to my family and noticed I received Mac and cheese and cose slaw I drove back to KFC which is 15 minutes away from home to receive the correct side Madeline the “manager” said I had to wait 45 minutes for me to receive the Mac and cheese since they were out of mash potato since they are closed, reminder this insistent happen before 11pm which is the time the store is closed. I decided to wait 45 minutes for the side I technically paid for once I receive the side I noticed I was missing the extra gravy, this is a major inconvenience having me step out from home AGAIN just to receive a incorrect order two times, if that was the case I could have gone somewhere else and spend my money elsewhere. I would appreciate for the cashier (manager) to be honest on the product of availability that was once I placed my order instead of playing with my family meal. My kids were already hungry and had to wait for me to get home to eat the side that they only eat. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Me my family went to KFC tonight in desoto and placed a order in drive through. When get to the drive through window they take our money then tells us what we ordered they don't have. We asked for a refund and they tell us they don't do refunds anymore.Please Don't go to this kfc they are a rip off. And after 15 minutes we got our money back.

Literally don't ever go here. We both got sick after eating here. My girlfriend's chicken breast was still pink and raw on the inside and my chicken sandwich literally tasted like I was eating beef jerky at how dry it was.Customer service definitely gets an F. Felt sorry for the only girl at the front while there was close to 8 people waiting. The manager was just being inappropriate throwing f bombs throughout the kitchen.They didn't give us sauce that we ordered and there was no one to help us as we waited with the other 8 people standing there.This place is so ghetto and we both agreed that we'd never come back here again

I love KFC but this location, will have you rethinking sometimes. Food be good every other time you go, seriously. Don’t expect much from customer service. And those hot and spicy wings or trash. Stick to the good fried chicken.
