They only had 1 checker working during the after work rush. There was an extremely long line waiting. They said they were opening another line and moved several people out of the long line. They then said they weren't opening another line but we had all lost our place in the first line by that time. They were not apologetic at all, as a matter of fact they were extremely rude about their mistake. They tried to charge full price for items that were on-sale and even tried ringing up my spiral cut ham twice. Watch the checkers or get taken advantage of.

The manager here is rude. I'm not sure if they were short staffed today but he was working the fresh seafood area. I had to stand there until he was done playing on his phone and stocking shelves before he acknowledged me. Then when he did finally ask me what I needed help with, he proceeded to refuse to help me. I then went to the register to ask for the manager and that's when I was told he was the manager. I have called corporate and escalated the issue because if you do not want to work then stay home. I also would have left all those groceries to be put back but that would not have been fair to the other employees he would have made do it so I just politely paid for my groceries and left. I will never come back to this location again!

This Kroger has all the basics you'll need for your shopping experience. It helps to have a Kroger card to save some money on some of the items in the store. Parking lot could use a little cosmetic work, and sometimes there's not always carts available. Customer service here isn't bad and the line usually moves quickly. I like the variety and the space of the store. Everything is pretty easy to find. Right off the highway and easy to access from the desoto and Lancaster area.

came in today with my debit card the machine didn't wanna read it and they were too busy on their phone to help anybody. He told me he can't help me with my card even though their machine wasn't working. all he did was complain about customers coming in and wanting to go home. very unprofessional y'all need a new night shift guy!

Just got into it with the no-name (wouldn't tell me his name, and didn't have a nametag on or a lab coat--he could be just anyone) pharmacy manager. But that's ok as I get home I see there was a data breach at their store and most probably at the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager says they won't fill my prescriptions anymore cause I was rude--in his opinion. That's great because when I ask a pharmacy the same question twice and he cannot answer it. I need to look for a pharmacy that hires honest, competent, and service-minded pharmacists and employees. I guess the pharmacist feels justified, but that's ok, my doctor appointment is tomorrow and I'll get another pharmacy to fill the new prescription.

The worst experience ever with the pharmacy manager Kiethan!!! What I asked him why they told me my prescription would be filled at 2:30 pm and it's more 8:30 pm and they said they don't even have my medicine they have to order it? But , I were supposed to be already ordering by Tuesday because that's when I go to the doctor and have my prescription sent over, it's now 3 days and 6 hours later and when I pointed this out and told him how unprofessional it was he said he wasn't going to fill it at all. I'm calling 1800 Kroger and I'm going to keep calling everyday until something is done about Kiethan and him being so unprofessional. I honestly do not see how he can be a manager at all with this attitude, you do not take your hard day out on your customers! You smile and give your customers the courtesy that they deserve! No matter how bad your day is going!

This store is horrible. Probably the worst grocery store I've ever been in. Very embarrassing to have such a poorly ran grocery store in our community. When I walked in they had no grocery carts. I had to walk back outside to the parking lot to find a cart. Then I go back into the store to shop for my few items. Once I was ready to check out it became very clear to me that it was going to take over an hour to check out. The lines extended all the way to the back of the store. I politely left my cart in line and walked out. I will never give this grocery another dime. Poor management and they are doing nothing to make this grocery store any better. At this rate I'm pretty sure they will close this location.

This store is awful, I promise that if you make a grocery list they will be out of at least two things you need every time. The kicker is, those things won't be back in stock for 3-5 weeks at least (and it has been this way for years). Also if I had a dollar for every moldy, rotten, fly covered piece of produce I have seen sitting out for sale I would be able to buy this location. The pharmacy is somehow even worse, constantly messing up prescriptions, not filling things on time, giving incorrect amounts of medication, and lying to you about what they have done/are doing to rectify issues. This isn't ordering a cake and them getting it woefully wrong, it is medication! They're going to kill someone if they don't get shut down first! I usually like Kroger, but this is hands down the worst stocked, most poorly run location I have ever been to.

I shop here for years and I was good customer and until today I was stop by a store cashier who monitors the computers and she accuse me of stealing and look through my receipts for a min and I never experience this and won't be returning to this store and she was rude and they don't have a manager on duty !!! Will be sending this complaint to corporate office why would I steal if I have 5 credit cards with cash in it!!! Mmmmm this is discrimination!!

This review is for the Pharmacy: THEY DO NOT HAVE THE VACCINE despite what their website says. If you signed up, or will be signing up, to get the COVID vaccine for April 13-17, THEY DO NOT HAVE IT - they do not have it in stock. I signed my father up to get the vaccine for today (4/13) at 1:30pm through their website and when he showed up for his appointment, he was turned away. He was told that they have none available. He called me afterwards asking why I would schedule him to receive one if Kroger doesn't have it. This prompted me to call the Pharmacy. After 10 minutes of holding, a tech confirmed that the website is incorrect and shouldn't have allowed us to make an appointment. The tech also confirmed that Kroger will receive the vaccine next week. I received two emails from Kroger confirming the appointment, which reiterated the time/date and provided instructions on what to bring and do. I don't understand how or why Kroger's website would advertise they have the COVID vaccine when in reality, they don't have it. My father needs this life saving vaccine, as do other people. Kroger has taken a significant responsibility by being a vaccine distributor. They have defaulted on that responsibility and harmed public health as a result.

The Krogers in DeSoto tried to charge me $40 over. Checker was rude and inconsiderate. I had pre-ordered all my groceries on the Kroger's app. Since I was already in the area I decided not to get my groceries delivered. The total some of my groceries plus delivery was $55. 62 . That's using Digital Coupons off their app and their sales ad unfortunately my husband blood pressure had dropped and was having chest pain. In a hurry I went to the express line. When I realized that I had gone in the wrong checkout line I apologize to the people behind me and the checker and explain the situation. That is when her attitude became apparent each time that I proved her wrong. She became more rude. Okay I might have gotten a little frustrated. When I told her and showed her where the aim delivered them to my house then I would have saved $40 to have that service done. How could it be more money in the store. Will be contacting Corporation and store manager
