I called and placed a order for a cheese crazy puff at a certain time. By the time I arrived, they handed me the box, I opened it and you could tell it has been sitting for hours rather than making it at the time I was coming to pick it up. Never again will I come to this location.

Ordered lunch for my team today and the pizza is awful. The crust was not even edible. What a shame to waste over $100 - when $25 of frozen pizza would have been better.

They definitely need to hire some adult staff places ran like a babysitting. Service waited 30 minutes for a pizza they could not find finally got a hold of an adult and was able to find it less than 30 seconds the individual that first helped me didn’t even bother looking in any of the cabinets didn’t look anywhere just at his friend have you seen these pizzas friend said no he turned around and said no I don’t have it. I called two other locations both confirming they don’t have my order and then my order was here, finally I came inside and waited until I could speak with an adult and found my pizza in 30 seconds. Service terrible place.

HORRRRIBLEEEEEE !!!! rude employee doesn’t take call in orders i called for a pizza at 7:38pm and get there no order manager no good she is siding with her employees i told her to run the cameras they gone see the employee was on the phone she stated none of the employees took the order well who told me the order would be really in 10-15 mins ILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY !! i also called the number she said that i might have gotten confused but guess who answered oh okay the same location yall are HORRIBLE

U could tell/taste that whatever cheese they is very cheap. Family n I eat little Caesars often but in DeSoto. Theirs is GREAT. IT ACTUALLY MELTS AND CHEESE STRETCHES lol
I usually don't go here but it's what my crew wanted.not bad really.Two large mixed pizzas and three soft drinks for $24.Took 10 minutes and cooked right on front of me.Fresh and super sweet staff.Seems they upped the quality a bit.Worth it if you're on the go.Very clean and many soft drinks to choose from but no Coke.I would visit again.check it

The worst ..... they are running a scam once you place your order with doordash on the little Ceasars app and they take your money and then cancel the order, won't refund money , when asked about the refund was told it was a refund of zero dollars. So someone changed the amount and took the money. staff is not properly trained didn't even know that they offered delivery service on their own app. Very unprofessional staff.... been fighting for a month to get refund. Terrible business practices from little caesars and doordash.
