A little more of kindness would be a nice way to start when greeting a customer when they are asking questions and ordering pizza. It makes me reconsider where I do my business. Scam poor quality and opening BAIT AND Switch…. This location has raised the prices and changed the names but giving the same pizza out to customers. Twice in a row. Paid for stuffed crust and was not. This time paid for extra most bestest which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Check out the pic. The top pizza is the classic. The bottom is the same pizza with extra cheese but less pepperoni…. I attempted to count to prove a point she hurried and closed the box … I called them out on it and the manager is also there as she spit and pointed at the pepperonis and put both pizzas back to resale… don’t waste your time or money on them. Rude and racist and nonchalant about the quality of food.

Please slow down a little and take a few breaths before giving orders out to the wrong people and or saying, “We don’t give refunds.”Ma’am, I am standing in your 5x10 lobby amid COVID and flu season with my pajamas on (flannel) with an order number and an email saying it’s ready. I bought 3 pizzas ? here today w/lite sauce. The cheese pizza didn't have any sauce. I brought it back and the night manager called the day time manager and I was told they wouldn't remake the pizza. The manager picked the pizza apart and explained to me that it was correct. I've bought this exact style pizza more tomes than I can remember. It's not right. I asked the District manager name, " I don’t know." I don't know the managers name I just called! Lol! Ridiculous!

It is a carry out place. They have a couple chairs if you want to wait on your food. They were friendly and that puts off good vibes. They did really good. It was my brother in law who forgot our 2liter.

This location is always fully staffed and your food is ready fast. I placed my order online during dinner rush and it was ready before the time given to pick it up. It was piping hot! It does get full, especially after the kids get off from school. I recommend ordering online and picking it up from the machine. Very easy and convenient! Better than waiting in line to have your order taken.Parking: Big shopping strip parking lot outside.Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room for a wheelchair to get through and order. There are also plenty of handicap spots in front with a ramp to the curb.

This place have very bad customer service and the manager is the main person that is unprofessional he worked on 7/18/22 in the evening around 5 and after I didn't get his name but he was on the heavy side. If you act like a customer is getting on your nerves just by asking a question, you need to find you another job and stop making Little Cesar's Pizza look real bad
