I just had this cashier to try and charge me $15.70 for a half and half pizza that normally costs $10.55. When I ordered it she looked terrified. She was punching in numbers for a long time and then came up with that bogus total. I left and went to Lancaster. Please train your employees.
I don’t hate the pizza, but the lady manager is rude always! Called Polk store left message for management to complain Thursday before Christmas 2017! My family of 6 live 2 neighborhoods over! Go every wk/wkend! She is always rude. She is short, 40s/50ish & Hispanic! Closed the drive thru window on me before I could explain my concerns, so Pizza was left. We will not go back to that location again! Poll your customers. She is rude and needs to go!
45 minute wait for cold food. Pretty freaking ridiculous.
