Worst customer service ever! I made a delivery order online on the little Cesar’s website, unaware that DoorDash was delivering it (I probably didn’t see it prior to ordering). Long story short, I was missing a pizza so I contacted the driver but he didn’t answer. I contacted Little Cesar’s and the women who answered sounded pretty young. I explained the situation and she stated that she had handed the driver the pizzas I had ordered and that the driver had taken one if I was missing one. As the customer, I’m in the middle of this and I was lost for words when the employee stated that she wasn’t sure whether or not I was lying (after informed her that although she stated that she had handed all the pizzas I couldn’t verify that), “I don’t know what you want me to do” and “you need to contact door dash”. I contacted little Cesar’s customer service and my issue was resolved. I’m unhappy with the employees reaction and unprofessionals. The situation could have been handled better!!

Went to this location during the week and after requesting my order without sauce the young lady proceeded to give me an order with sauce stating that’s how it’s made. I told her I wanted my order the same way I had it made a few days prior for my little one who is still in a “picky eater” stage. With attitude she decided to fulfill my request. However in getting home my sons puffs were not cooked through and he was missing more than pizza sauce. Based on how she acted I knew she would find a way to mess up the order. I should’ve followed my gut and went to another location once she gave me attitude. I asked if it was her name on the receipt as cashier since I didn’t see that she had on a name tag and she said no. But never again!!

So I ordered the EXTRAMOSTBESTEST ITALIAN SAUSAGE pizza. The pizza was supposed to have EXTRA sausage...I got ripped off! I got a regular-regular Italian sausage pizza smdh. Look at this pizza!
I came in around 9:30 pm and this rude lady told me they stop selling crazy puffs at 8:00pm when literally as soon as I was walking in someone walked out with them. I never read anything stating that they stopped selling them at 8 if I’m wrong I apologize i didn’t know I just see it unfair.

For the second time my delivery order was incomplete. I drove to the store again to get missing items after paying extra for delivery. The young lady behind the counter actually threw the missing item across the counter at me. Their error and she had an attitude not even apologetic. This was on 3/2/24 @ 9:30pm. No quality control.
