Places my order ahead of time and still waited 30 mins. It was just one pizza. The lady at the front was rude making me wait and letting people go infront of me in line when I told her repeatedly I had an online order that was placed since this morning. Worst little ceasars! Won’t be back

This was the best experience I've had thus far at any Little Ceasars establishment. My service provider Mauricio M. Was very attentive & well versed in customer service and hospitality. I will forever be a fan of this restaurant.

I literally never write negative reviews, but this place is terrible. I live literally next door and will NEVER come back. The girl at the window is very sweet so nothing against her customer service but my food was not prepared how I requested. When I asked for it to be fixed, she said “we already did”…I tasted my food and literally felt like I was eating pizza dough. It was raw and uncooked so I asked for a refund, mind you the pizza was still full, I only took one bite. They told me I couldn’t get a refund but said they would remake it lol so I allowed them to remake it, waited another 10 minutes and it was still not right. So I asked again for what I paid for and she said “he did that”, at that point I just told them nevermind and keep the food and money because never should I have to go back and forth about an order that I paid EXTRA FOR custom items and then after it was raw you would think they would have sympathy and get it right but they didn’t care. Just took it back and said ok. I drove 15 mins down the road to Cedarhill location and it was 100% better. Never will give them my business here again

This is THE WORST freaking Little Ceasars place I have ever been to and had THE WORST Customer Service!! It's the closest to my house and I have tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they occasionally have bad days or crappy people working. It begins with the Manager to his horrible cashiers and I mean ALL OF THEM!!! They're Pizza is horrible and they refuse to fix it!! It's crazy and mind blowing how awful their service is!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I prefer the other one in Desoto off Polk!! IT'S THE BEAT OFF POLK IN DESOTO!!!

i’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who is the most respectful person that anyone has ever come across. every time she goes up to this location it is the worst customer service i have ever heard her explain, it makes you wonder how these people with attitudes even get these jobs while there are kinder people who are willing to make others feel welcome. the WHOLE part of working in fast food is being able to make your customers feel welcome and as if they belong, without that, who in their right mind is going to want to actually dine there or order from there..? there is this short young lady there who has treated my mom with complete and utter disrespect EVERYTIME we get food from there. today when my mom when to pick up our order, she had the most nonchalant attitude, anytime my mom asks for the most MINOR things, such as getting parmesan or a jalapeño cheese dip, she gets annoyed..? i personally work in fast food and never have i ever treated my customers with such disrespect. i always try and make our customers feel as welcome as they can in order to provide the best customer service. making someone feel as if they can’t even order here is gross. 0/10 experience.

I went to this location for a hot and ready pizza and was quoted 8 minutes the girl at the window then had an attitude and told me to move my car because she needs to get the people behind me and moved and parked I went back into the building 3 minutes later to get my pizza and asked if it was hot and ready she then grabbed a pizza and threw it across the counter without saying anything so I said why would you throw the pizza she then said get it and I responded you need to fix your attitude it’s just pizza and she attempted to tell me to come and do something to her as I was leaving I laughed and told her she’s a child her coworker held her back and another person came from around the back and mugged me the initial girl didn’t give her name but had a really pretty pony tail swoop and the other girl was a Hispanic child this place is absolutely unprofessional and should be shut down they are going to get seriously hurt plying with people like that when I tried to call customer service it was closed to this is what was next if your reading this go to another location

Worst customer service ever! I made a delivery order online on the little Cesar’s website, unaware that DoorDash was delivering it (I probably didn’t see it prior to ordering). Long story short, I was missing a pizza so I contacted the driver but he didn’t answer. I contacted Little Cesar’s and the women who answered sounded pretty young. I explained the situation and she stated that she had handed the driver the pizzas I had ordered and that the driver had taken one if I was missing one. As the customer, I’m in the middle of this and I was lost for words when the employee stated that she wasn’t sure whether or not I was lying (after informed her that although she stated that she had handed all the pizzas I couldn’t verify that), “I don’t know what you want me to do” and “you need to contact door dash”. I contacted little Cesar’s customer service and my issue was resolved. I’m unhappy with the employees reaction and unprofessionals. The situation could have been handled better!!
